| The water quality multi-parameter measurement system mainly measures the dissolved oxygen,turbidity,temperature,conductivity and p H parameters of seawater.Dissolved oxygen,turbidity,conductivity,temperature and p H parameters are the most important parameters of marine hydrological surveys.The development of a high-precision multi-parameter water quality measurement system is of great significance to people’s production and life and to our country’s national defense construction.At present,water quality multi-parameter measurement system in China has problems in measurement accuracy,intelligence and system reliability,which limits the development of water quality multi-parameter measurement system.In view of the existing problems of the current water quality multi-parameter measurement system,this thesis researched the measurement principle,measurement circuit and software program of the water quality multi-parameter measurement system.Through the research and analysis of the measurement principle and measurement methods of the multi-parameter water quality measurement system,this thesis uses the fluorescence quenching method to measure the dissolved oxygen in seawater,the scattering method to measure the turbidity of the seawater,the seven-electrode direct measurement method to measure the conductivity of the seawater,and uses the thermistor to measure the seawater temperature,the electrode method measures the p H of seawater.Aiming at the dissolved oxygen and turbidity measurement circuit,this thesis designs a constant light source transmitting circuit,a photoelectric conversion circuit,a signal receiving and processing circuit,a serial communication circuit,and a data storage circuit;for the conductivity measurement circuit,The excitation signal generation circuit and current generation circuit,sampling circuit,electrode voltage measurement circuit,signal shaping circuit and signal acquisition circuit are designed.At the same time,the temperature measurement circuit and p H measurement circuit have also been optimized and improved to improve the measurement accuracy and reliability of the measurement system.The software part designs the lower computer program based on the single-chip computer and the upper computer software based on the computer,which realizes the transmission,storage and display of multi-measurement data,and improves the intelligence of the water quality multi-parameter measurement system.Through comparative experiments with advanced equipment at home and abroad,the water quality multi-parameter measurement system designed in this thesis was evaluated.The experimental result shows that the water quality multi-parameter measurement system designed in this thesis realizes the accurate measurement of sea water multi-parameters,and meets the design requirements of high precision,strong reliability and high degree of intelligence. |
