Dissolved oxygen,as an important indicator of water quality testing,has important applications in environmental monitoring,power electronics,aquaculture and other fields.Real-time and accurate determination of dissolved oxygen concentration is of great significance for water quality monitoring and process industry.There are many factors influencing the determination of dissolved oxygen by electrochemical method.The structure and material of the electrode,the hardware circuit and the compensation method will all affect the measurement result of the sensor.How to improve the stability and accuracy of the determination of dissolved oxygen is the research direction of dissolved oxygen sensing technology.This paper simulates the electrode process based on the basic principle of electrochemical measurement of dissolved oxygen electrode,and prepares a two-electrode trace dissolved oxygen sensor,and optimizes the structure.The main work and research results are as follows:1.This article systematically analyzes and summarizes the principles,main applications,advantages and disadvantages of commonly used dissolved oxygen detection methods.Based on the analysis of the electrochemical principles of dissolved oxygen sensors,the simulation software COMSOL is used to analyze the electrode process and dissolution of dissolved oxygen.The diffusion of oxygen was simulated,and a model for measuring the dissolved oxygen electrode was established,and the influence of factors such as temperature and electrode contact area on the current output was analyzed based on the simulation results.2.The preparation of the dissolved oxygen electrode was completed under laboratory conditions.The working electrode,auxiliary electrode,electrolyte,oxygen permeable membrane,electrode cavity and other components were rationally designed and assembled.The dissolved oxygen was designed based on the STM32 chip.The signal conditioning circuit and single-chip circuit of the detection system use the wireless serial port to realize short-distance wireless communication,and the upper computer interface based on the Android system is developed to realize wireless communication and display.3.On the basis of experimental testing,a dissolved oxygen sensor optimization method based on the extreme learning machine algorithm is proposed,which improves the electrode reaction area of the cathode and anode of the sensor.The experiment verifies that the sensor has good measurement stability,improves the measurement sensitivity and accuracy in the state of trace dissolved oxygen,and provides a reference for the design of trace dissolved oxygen electrochemical sensor. |
