| With the development of the times,the era of the energy revolution is coming,and the demand for pollutant control is becoming more and more urgent.During the process of burning coal,a large amount of SO_X,NO_Xand particulate matter will be released.These substances have seriously endangered the health of the people and caused irreversible harm to urban buildings and the ecological environment.At the same time,they are also inconsistent with my country’s sustainable development guidelines.my country has implemented an ultra-low emission policy for these pollutants,and most of the pollutants have been controlled.Taking fixed-source coal-fired power plants as a representative,the effect of conventional pollutant control is more significant.However,the emission of condensable particulate matter in the net flue gas of coal-fired boilers has not been effectively monitored.In this case,the CPM emission concentration accounts for a relatively high share of the total particulate matter concentration.When pollutants reach the ultra-low emission standard,how to control the emission of CPM and eliminate the problem of CPM is imminent.Eliminating CPM is of great significance to the control of pollutant emission from pollution sources and the elimination of haze weather.According to the CPM samples obtained by sampling and reference literature,this paper obtains the various attributes of CPM,establishes the material model of CPM in the Fluent software,and uses the method of ELPI classification measurement to burn the anthracite to the various attributes of coal ash(Particle size distribution).Using the determined particle size distribution and CPM properties,write them into Fluent for simulation research.Secondly,this simulation is based on a new type of cold electrode electrostatic precipitator.The electrostatic precipitator reduces the temperature of the electrode plate by adding circulating condensate water on the outer wall,thereby forming a temperature field,reducing the temperature inside the electrostatic precipitator,and converting CPM into FPM.Under the comprehensive action of the electrostatic precipitator,the particulate matter is removed,there by achieving the purpose of reducing the emission concentration of CPM.This simulation builds a physical model of the cross section of the electrostatic precipitator to simulate the CPM in the electrostatic precipitator in the multi-field force(Electric field,agglomeration field,temperature field,velocity field,concentration field,etc.)under the combined action of agglomeration complement.Finally,import the physical model into the Fluent software,use UDF to write the electric agglomeration core function,add the particle size distribution of FPM to the PBM model,and write the temperature linear function of CPM to FPM into the material transport model.Coupling the above model with the mixture model,changing the relevant parameters for comparison simulation,and using the Sectional partition algorithm to solve.Take data at different distances from the entrance.The research results show that the difference in volume fraction is different at different distances from the entrance,the largest in the middle,and gradually decreases at both ends,and the maximum is about 0.15%;the volume fraction changes rapidly at0.5-2.0 meters from the entrance,and then gradually Relaxation;the closer the overall distance to the electrode plate,the smaller the volume fraction;the removal efficiency of the outlet and inlet is about 62%.The temperature field has the greatest impact on the removal of CPM.The removal of CPM by the electric field is mainly manifested in reducing the concentration of FPM,thereby accelerating the transformation of CPM in the material transport,and the operation and transformation of the actual model.The determination of sampling points is of great significance. |
