Livestock wastewater has the characteristics of complex water quality,high concentration of pollutants,high suspended solids,and high ammonia nitrogen,which has great pollution to the natural environment.This article takes the breeding wastewater produced by the Sishe pig house farm in Mengjialing Village,Lishu County,Siping City,Jilin Province as the research object,because the ABR anaerobic reactor has the advantages of simple design,high efficiency,wide application range,strong impact load,and low cost.A series of advantages,so this experiment made a small four-compartment anaerobic baffle reactor made of plexiglass to conduct a small-scale experimental study on aquaculture wastewater,and use Origin drawing software to show the experimental results.The experiment was started with low-load continuous water inflow and lasted for 75 days.After the ABR anaerobic reactor was successfully started,the experiment focused on the treatment effect and law of the main pollutants in the aquaculture wastewater under different HRT and different reflux ratios.The main findings are as follows:1.The removal of CODcr by hydraulic retention time(HRT)gradually decreases with the shortening of HRT.The removal effect of CODcr on different HRT and different compartments is quite different,but the removal rate of the first compartment is the highest,and CODcr is removed.The removal rate accounts for about 27.6%~45.9% of the total removal rate.When the HRT is large,the removal rate of CODcr in the front compartment is relatively high.After the HRT is shortened,the removal of CODcr is mainly in the back compartment.2.After the aquaculture wastewater is treated by the ABR anaerobic reactor,the pH of the wastewater decreases to varying degrees,but the B/C value increases.When the HRT is 16 h and12h,the pH decrease and the B/C value increase are both large.Under different HRT,the pH value of each compartment first decreases and then increases,and the trend of B/C changes is just the opposite.When HRT was 24 h and 20 h,the pH of the first compartment was the smallest and B/C was the highest.When HRT was 16 h,12 h,and 8 h,the minimum pH and the maximum B/C appeared in the second compartment.When the HRT was further shortened,the pH and CODcr relative removal rate of each compartment tended to be the same,while the B/C value gradually increased with the compartment.3.As the reflux ratio(R) increases,the height of the sludge layer in the reactor gradually increases,and the CODcr removal rate first increases and then decreases.When R=4,the maximum value is reached,and the maximum removal rate is 64%.If the reflux ratio is further increased,the sludge loss is serious.Under different reflux ratios of CODcr,the first compartment has the largest removal rate of CODcr,and the removal rate of CODcr accounts for 23.3%~32.7% of the total removal rate.As the reflux ratio increases,ABR The phase separation of the anaerobic reactor gradually disappeared,and the differences in the pH and CODcr removal rate of each compartment gradually became smaller.4.With the increase of HRT,the packing on the upper part of the ABR anaerobic reactor can improve the operating efficiency of the reactor.When the Vap is large,the upper packing can intercept the sludge in the reactor and maintain the microorganisms in the reactor.Therefore,the packing plays an important role in ensuring the effective and stable operation of the reactor.Based on the above experimental results,the ABR anaerobic reactor can effectively reduce the pollutants in the aquaculture wastewater.Therefore,the ABR anaerobic tank was engineered according to the optimal parameters obtained in this experiment,and the detailed engineering parameters were recorded.Actual engineering for reference.
