| The modern chemical industry gradually develops to the integrated form,which leads to the increasing number of chemical industrial parks in recent years.However,the numbers and consequences of typical accidents(fire,explosion and gas leakage)in chemical industrial parks have not been effectively controlled.Due to the accumulation of a large number of inflammable,explosive,toxic and dangerous chemicals in the chemical industry park,it is prone to cause serious threats to the personal safety and property losses of the enterprises and the surrounding people.An intensive study of emergency evacuation and rescue in chemical accident scenarios is beneficial to reduce the casualties caused by chemical accidents and provide reference for emergency decision-making in chemical industrial parks.The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Construction of dynamic road network risk assessment model for chemical industrial parks.From the perspectives of emergency evacuation,emergency rescue,the paper analyses the influencing factors of evacuation behavior and rescue behavior under chemical accident scenario,combines the characteristics of emergency evacuation and emergency rescue,constructs dynamic evacuation risk assessment model and dynamic rescue risk assessment model respectively,selects chlorine gas leakage in a chemical industrial park as accident scene,verifies and compares the feasibility and the difference of two kinds of model,lays the foundations of emergency evacuation model and emergency rescue model.(2)Study of Multi-source and Multi-sink Evacuation Model based on road network evacuation risks for chemical industrial parks.The paper applies the dynamic road network evacuation risk and considers the characteristics of emergency evacuation behavior,constructs the multi-source and multi-sink evacuation model in chemical industrial parks.Then the Prior knowledge-based Dijkstra Algorithm is designed to solve the evacuation model.The paper selects chlorine gas leakage accident in a chemical industrial park as accident scene.Compared with the Dijkstra Algorithm and Ant Colony Optimization,the simulation results of the emergency evacuation validate the feasibility and computational efficiency of the model and the solving algorithm.(3)Study of Multi-source and Multi-sink Rescue Model based on road network rescue risk for chemical industrial parks.The paper applies the dynamic road network rescue risk and considers the characteristics of emergency rescue behavior,constructs multi-source and multisink rescue model in chemical industrial parks.The Equal Division of Spatial-temporal Task based K-means Algorithm and the Prior knowledge-based Dijkstra Algorithm based Simulated Annealing Algorithm is designed to solve the rescue model.The paper selects chlorine gas leakage accident in a chemical industrial park as accident scene to simulate the routes of the emergency rescue.The simulation results of the emergency rescue verifies the feasibility of the model and its solving algorithm.(4)Research and development of emergency evacuation and rescue decision support system in chemical industrial park.With road network evacuation and road network rescue risks,MMEM,MMRM as the theoretical basis,the paper adopts Spring Boot+My Batis framework,Eclipse development tools,My SQL database to set up a decision support system for emergency evacuation and rescue in chemical industry parks based on B/S structure.The system applies Arc GIS technology to draw and publish the map of chemical industrial park and to realize emergency path visual planning.Finally the paper sets up and applies emergency evacuation and rescue decision support system in chemical industrial park which contains the functions of decision system user login,homepage management of chemical park,enterprise management of chemical industrial park,emergency management of chemical industry park. |
