Stuty On Purification And Utilization Of Landfill Gas In A Landfill Site In Shenzhen

With the rapid development of economy,the scale of Chinese cities continues to expand,and the amount of urban garbage production also increases rapidly year by year.The huge contradiction between the phenomenon of "garbage siege" and garbage treatment methods is also constantly colliding.As a result,the value of resource loss caused by improper garbage treatment methods reaches nearly 30 billion yuan every year.At present,the traditional waste disposal methods have been unable to meet the needs of waste recycling,and more effective waste recycling technology is in urgent need of exploration.In order to explore the optimal utilization of landfill gas in landfill sites and make it a clean,safe and reliable high-quality energy,this paper proposes,calculates and analyzes the comprehensive utilization project of landfill gas in Xiaping landfill site based on the detailed preliminary investigation and data collection,and carries out the feasibility analysis of the project.This paper first combined with the current situation of domestic and foreign waste resources utilization,as well as the local policy background and market background of the landfill site,put forward the current feasible landfill gas utilization scheme.Then,based on the proposed utilization scheme,a series of purification operations are carried out for the landfill gas,and the properties of the purified gas are tested.After that,the mixing scheme of purifying gas into urban natural gas exchange and operation scheme of putting into municipal pipe network are calculated and analyzed respectively.Finally,based on the above research contents,the economic benefit analysis of the proposed landfill gas utilization scheme is carried out to determine the feasibility of the project operation.The research results of this topic show that the actual total amount of landfill gas in Xiaping landfill reaches 10000m3/h,and there is a serious waste in the utilization mode.Combined with shenzhen local gas demand,put forward the landfill gas purification with west second-line gas according to 1:1.5 percentage modulation into the city gas pipeline network to realize the use of municipal gas peak and the trough will made vehicle CNG gas for the purification of landfill gas utilization projects,and the project was determined by the project economic benefit analysis on cash payments and financial risk resistance of feasibility.
