With the rapid development of data analysis technology,machine learning,multisource heterogeneous data fusion analysis has become a hot research topic,and has been widely used in transportation,medical treatment and other fields.The river(lake)chief system is an important innovation in the management and protection of rivers and lakes in China,and its comprehensive implementation provides the necessary conditions for the overall management and control of river basins.In order to clarify the protection requirements of the overall ecological environment management and control of key branches and streams in the Songhua River Basin during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,this study aims at the problems such as single data source and outdated data analysis methods in the management decisions of the Songhua River Basin and its typical tributaries.Based on multi-source heterogeneous data fusion analysis,correlation analysis and spatiotemporal GIS,etc.Research on global management and decisionmaking platform of typical tributaries in Songhua River Basin.For river Songhua River Basin water environment spatial and temporal evolution of the lack of a systematic problem,global analysis,based on machine learning,correlation analysis and other methods,gives the Songhua river basin river three "Five-Year Plan" period(2006-2020),the space-time evolution of water environment,clear the typical tributary ash on the main stream of Songhua river water environment influence,It provides support for multi-source isomerization fusion analysis of typical tributary Ashe River Basin.For typical tributaries Ashe River Basin pollution situation grim reality for many years,based on the analysis of time-space evolution of water environment,watershed along the remote sensing image fusion to extract the land use type factors and biological diversity index,parsing the pollution source of Ashe River Basin,considering Ashe River Basin upstream and downstream,full and long time span,It is concluded that the crux of the water ecological environment pollution in the Ashe river basin is the difficulty to effectively control the non-point source pollution of agricultural planting along the river.Suggestions are put forward to improve the assessment indexes and the management mechanism of key sections during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period(2021-2025)in the Ashe River Basin,and optimize the distribution pattern of agriculture along the river.In view of the problems of poor communication of management information and lack of decision-making experience in the Ashe River Basin,based on Arc GIS technology and relying on WE3 M model,a visual comprehensive management decision-making platform for the Ashe River Basin was constructed to evaluate the water ecological environment and conduct visual analysis.A decision-making case base was constructed based on typical cases and relevant expert knowledge.To support the management of the Ashe River Basin to make effective information interconnection and rational decision making..
