My country’s economy has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development,but the problems caused by environmental pollution and excessive consumption of resources have become increasingly prominent.The promotion of green construction technology and green building materials has played an important role in protecting the environment and improving building quality,but green construction management needs to be further strengthened.Establishing a green construction management system based on the collaborative theory is one of the important ways to ensure the high-quality development of the construction industry.Through the analysis of the internal and external complexity of green construction,the main factors affecting the effect of green construction management are found.With the help of the Hall three-dimensional structure model,the degree of influence of organizational factors,process factors and business factors on the management effect is clarified.According to the synergy theory,the organization subsystem,process subsystem and business subsystem are established,the order parameters of each subsystem are determined,and the corresponding secondary indicators are given,and the macroscopic synergy evaluation model of green construction is constructed.Taking green construction projects as the research object,six target elements that affect green construction management have been found.Through the idea of setting management goals,clarifying management content,building management organizations and optimizing management goals,a micro-multi-objective collaborative management system has been established to clarify the control of environmental protection goals,resource goals,cost goals,construction period goals,quality goals,and safety goals content.The relationship between each target and the duration target is sorted out,the relationship is simulated by curve,and the corresponding objective function is established.Based on the relevant principles in the collaborative theory,a micro-multi-objective collaborative optimization model for green construction is constructed.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various bionic algorithms,particle swarm algorithm is selected as the calculation method,and specific algorithm steps are designed.Taking a housing construction project as an example,the application analysis was carried out.It is concluded that the optimized construction period of the project is 155 days.Although the cost has increased by nearly 200,000 yuan,the environmental protection and quality goals have been improved to varying degrees.In order to ensure high-quality development goals,in view of the deviations of various indicators,suggestions for pre-control of each target.By constructing the macro system and micro system of green construction collaborative management,and establishing a multi-objective collaborative management optimization model,the collaborative optimization research of green construction projects is carried out,the reasonable construction period of the project is determined,and the optimal value of other goals under the reasonable construction period is given.It provides another scientific and reasonable method for the construction unit to make target decision and target control.
