| Iranian rock bitumen is a kind of natural rock bitumen with abundant reserves.Iran rock asphalt has good water damage resistance and weather resistance;strong adhesion;high softening point;without wax;strong resistance to microbial corrosion;Compared with all kinds of domestic rock bitumen,its ash content is less and its softening point is higher.The Iranian rock bitumen is chemically stable and does not react with most acids and bases.It has stable performance at higher temperatures and strong corrosion resistance.However,its application in practice and related research is still less,mainly used as the modifier of petroleum asphalt.Since the price of Iranian rock bitumen is relatively low,expanding its application can save resources and reduce costs.Asphalt anticorrosive coating is a common anticorrosive coating in the market,but the anticorrosive coating prepared by using Iranian rock asphalt has not been reported.In order to improve the corrosion resistance and other properties of the anticorrosive coatings,and expand the application range of Iranian rock bitumen,this paper uses matrix bitumen,Iranian rock bitumen and epoxy resin as film forming materials,supplemented by fillers and various additives and other components,and adopts a two-component process to prepare high solid Iranian rock bitumen anticorrosive coatings.According to the test results of penetration degree,softening point and ductility of modified Iranian rock bitumen with different dosage,the high temperature performance and anti-aging performance of base bitumen can be improved.With the increase of the mixing amount,the performance is improved more obviously,and the viscosity is also increased.When the content of modified asphalt is 15%,it is more suitable to evaluate the properties of modified asphalt comprehensively.The main influencing factors of Iran rock asphalt anticorrosive coating were analyzed and the corrosion resistance was considered emphative.the suitable mixing amount of each main influencing factors was as follows: Iran rock modified asphalt 60%,epoxy resin 20%,curing agent 10%,toughening agent 3%,diluent 2%.Compared with the petroleum asphalt anticorrosive coating,the corrosion resistance of the prepared Iranian rock asphalt anticorrosive coating is significantly improved,its corrosion resistance to acid,alkali and salt immersion is prolonged by more than 10 days,and the improvement is over 75%.The viscosity of Iranian rock asphalt anticorrosive coating is larger at room temperature,and the coating temperature is about 60℃,which can achieve good coating effect.Iran rock asphalt anticorrosive coating can also overcome solvent-based anticorrosive coating may exist due to the retention of solvent caused by the construction or coating quality problems,as well as coal tar asphalt volatile gas toxicity and other problems.Non-toxic and environmental protection,can reduce the amount of petroleum asphalt,improve the coating anti-corrosion performance,thus reducing the preparation cost and the development and utilization of Iran rock asphalt as a huge resource,in line with the future development direction of coating. |
