| Under the concept of sustainable development,in order to meet the requirements of new green urbanization, the Chinese government began to vigorously promote prefabricated buildings with energy conservation and environmental protection functions, and the scale of prefabricated construction projects expanded rapidly. However, prefabricated buildings in China started relatively late and are still in the stage of continuous exploration and development. It is easy to accumulate safety risks in the stages of component design and production, transportation, loading and unloading,on-site assembly, construction and installation, etc. Therefore,on the road of promoting the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings,it is very important to effectively identify and control the construction safety risks. At present, the research on the safety risk control of prefabricated building construction in China is still not perfect, the construction of risk index system is subjective, the weight determination lacks theoretical support, and the applicability of risk evaluation model is poor.Structural equation model(SEM),as a multivariate statistical technique, allows errors in variables and can enhance the fitting degree of the model. The matter-element analysis law focuses on the research of the comprehensive evaluation results of the project, which can clearly and intuitively reflect the final risk level of the project, and make it easier for managers to intuitively find out the main factors leading to the overall risk rise.In this paper, the SEM theory is introduced to construct the theoretical model of prefabricated building construction safety risk.On this basis, the matter-element analysis method is used to construct the risk assessment model.Qualitative and quantitative evaluation and discussion are carried out,and the corresponding intervention measures are proposed for the safety risk management of prefabricated building construction.First of all, based on the accident cause theory and building code provisions, the work-risk decomposition method(WBS-RBS)is used to preliminarily identify the influencing factors of the construction safety risk of prefabricated building, and construct the construction safety risk list. The key risk indicators were screened by exploratory factor analysis method, and the safety risk index system of prefabricated building construction was established with personnel, technology, material, machinery, environment and management factors as the primary index.Secondly, using structural equation model(SEM),using AMOS23.0 software, quantitative analysis of the impact of various factors on the construction safety risk, based on the analysis of key risk influencing factors and risk action path research, the weight of each risk index. On this basis, the risk assessment model is constructed by matter-element analysis.Through the example analysis of the high-end talent building project of Henan Provincial Medical Innovation and Transformation Base, the safety risk assessment level of prefabricated building construction was determined. The results show that the safety risks of technical factors are in the general risk domain, while the safety risks of materials, machinery, environment, personnel and management are in the low risk domain. The case evaluation results are consistent with the actual results, and the matter-element evaluation model for the safety risk of prefabricated building construction is scientific and feasible. Finally, according to the risk assessment results, the safety risk of prefabricated building construction is analyzed, and the countermeasures and management ideas of prefabricated building construction safety problems are put forward, and corresponding control measures and suggestions are put forward for the six risk factors of technology, material, machinery, environment, personnel and management. |
