| In recent years,with the increasing demand for production capacity in cement plants,the plant equipment is often fully loaded and operating around the clock,and the accompanying noise problems are becoming increasingly prominent.The noise pollution which was not paid attention to in the past has become an important factor affecting people’s normal life.In order to improve the living environment of the residents around the cement plant,noise prediction is made for the cement plant and its noise source control methods are studied and have greater research significance.This paper takes cement plant noise control as the research object,conducts noise source testing and characteristic analysis on the main noise source equipment in the cement plant area,and designs a noise control scheme suitable for cement plant equipment based on the noise source spectrum characteristics,combined with the previously completed cement plant noise control schemes and other industrial noise control schemes,and also designs an L-type muffler for noise reduction for the exhaust air outlet of the bulk building.Finally,a cement plant was also used as an example to design several comprehensive management schemes combined with equipment noise control schemes,and noise simulation was carried out using Cadna/A software to verify the feasibility of the schemes and provide a scientific basis for cement plant noise control.The main work is as follows.First,noise tests were conducted on the main equipment of the cement plant and the spectral characteristics were analyzed;a noise source sound power estimation method suitable for engineering applications was proposed,and the sound power of the noise sources was estimated by this method to provide a basis for the important parameter sources to be modeled by Cadna/A noise software later.Then,based on the spectral characteristics of the main noise sources in cement plants and a comparative study of current similar equipment control methods,a noise control scheme for the main noise sources in cement plants is designed.Among them,an L-type muffler for the exhaust duct of the bulk building is designed,and the acoustic characteristics are analyzed using Comsol acoustic software to analyze its transmission loss curve.Fluent software is used to analyze the fluid characteristics of the best solution,and the pressure loss and turbulence energy value of the muffler are optimized by using pressure loss and turbulence energy size as evaluation criteria.Finally,taking a cement plant as an example,Cadna/A software is used to simulate the noise before treatment,determine the main noise sources affecting the plant boundary through prediction and actual measurement,and give three comprehensive treatment plans for the cement plant based on the proposed noise source treatment plan.Fig.52 Table 20 Reference 57... |
