In the domestic market of cultural and creative products,there are still problems of weak cultural experience and inability to meet emotional needs,leading to poor user experience.With modern design methods,it is important to enhance product interaction to optimize user emotional experience and cultural experience,also to enhance the adhesion between users and cultural and creative products.Taking Chengdu culture as the background,this paper sorts out the cultural types,analyzes the current situation of Chengdu cultural and creative products industry and tea set products market,then summarizes the current development trend of cultural and tea set products according to the national policy as well as cultural and creative development environment..Aiming at users’ emotional needs,it quantifies the relationship between design elements of tea set products in color,shape,material and surface technology and users’ emotional intention through semantic difference method,then establishes a database of emotional intention of tea set products.According to the theory of flow challenge skills and challenge the difficulty the theory of phase equilibrium,it analyzes the user in the cultural experience,the differences between the product demand,traits of character and the target users for the users,so as to explore different levels in the perceptual demand of perception level,cognitive level,emotional level balance challenge with their own skills.Finally in design practice part,with the aid of network field,field investigation to determine the design theme of chengdu jin in culture,coupled with early perceptual intention of databases and cultural experience level,carried out in accordance with different levels of user chengdu culture of tea set design,eventually form three against three user level design,are: Primary user-contracted,intermediate user-simple,advanced user-artistic conception.Theoretical research and design practice prove that the design method combining Kansei Engineering and flow theory can enhance user experience.It provides users with matching difficulty from perceptual demand and cultural experience,so that users can have a sense of excitement and acquisition through interaction with products.It also provides a new perspective for the development and design of cultural and creative products,so that contributing to the development and innovation of cultural and creative industry.
