Study On Financing Problems Of Beichuang Company

With the implementation of a number of national policies on supply chain finance,supply chain finance has been popularized in the field of small and medium-sized enterprises.Supply chain finance has developed rapidly at present.Combined with Internet technology,it has developed from the traditional offline mode to the online operation mode,and introduced new technology such as block chain and artificial intelligence as the support.Supply chain finance not only widens the financing channels of enterprises,reduce the financing cost of the company,and improve the supply chain management environment of the company through supply chain finance,and expand the scale of production and operation of the company,which is the main research direction to solve the financing problem of my country’s SMEs.This paper selects Beichuang company as a case study,this article selects north from supply chain finance development present situation,the north and the company’s financing present situation of income,analyze the north gen company facing the actual problems and causes,and based on the theory of supply chain finance,corporate finance theory.This article will carry out the relevant research of this article according to the following ideas: Firstly,by collating the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on supply chain finance and related operation modes and risk management,the research methods and research contents of this article are determined;Secondly,it combs the relevant theories such as enterprise financing theory and game theory and makes rational use of them,which lays the theoretical foundation for the study of this paper;Thirdly,it deeply analyzes the financing status of Beichuang company,finds many problems existing in the financing mode of Beichuang company,and finds out the reasons according to the relevant theories combined with the current situation of Beichuang company;Then,it constructs a game model,and illustrates the practicability and effectiveness of the supply chain financial model to solve the financing of Beichuang company by using the model analysis method Finally,combined with the actual situation of Beichuang company,using the theory of supply chain finance,the paper designs a suitable financing scheme for Beichuang company,trying to solve the current situation that Beichuang company is difficult and expensive in financing.In our country,a government pays more and more attention to solve the financing problem of enterprises,but there are few means to help them.Supply chain finance can reduce the transaction cost effectively,which is one of the more reasonable ways to solve the financing problem.Therefore,how to help small and medium-sized enterprises to determine their own model and meet the requirements is very important.Through the research on the financing problem of Beichuang company,this paper aims to make more enterprises realize the advantage of supply chain finance to solve the financing problems,and make some modest contribution to the improvement of supply chain finance.
