With the environmental and energy problems becoming increasingly prominent around the world, the state vigorously promotes the awareness of environmental protection and the concept of green consumption, and people pay more and more attention to a healthy, safe and environmentally friendly living environment.Green building with its low energy consumption, healthy environmental protection and other characteristics has become the inevitable trend of the development of the construction industry. To develop green building,it is necessary to go deep into the whole process of the development of the construction industry, considering that logistics runs through the whole life cycle of construction projects.Promoting the construction and operation of green logistics system in construction industry is of great significance to the development of green building. This thesis mainly studies the multi-participation and complex game of green logistics resources input in the process of construction supply chain operation.firstly,it analyzes the behavior strategies of each game subject, and the general contractor,as the core enterprise of green building, should strengthen cooperation with enterprises that provide green logistics resources, and take the initiative to build a construction supply chain information sharing platform to ensure the smooth development of green logistics activities in the construction industry. As the key to the development of green logistics, logistics enterprises should invest in green logistics resources from technology, management, talents and other aspects to enhance their core competitiveness.Secondly,as the policy maker and executor, the government should take into account environmental protection and co-ordinate the interests of all parties,so as to provide more policy support and tax incentives for the development of green logistics in the construction industry. Then, according to the analysis of the behavior strategy of each game subject, the evolutionary game model is constructed.Firstly, the evolutionary game model of general contractor and logistics enterprise’s investment in green logistics resources in construction industry is constructed, and the equilibrium points of the two kinds of group evolutionary game models are analyzed. And,a systematic evolutionary game model of green logistics resource input between general contractors and logistics enterprises under government supervision is constructed.Combined with the theoretical knowledge of system dynamics, computer software is used for simulation analysis to explore the interaction mechanism between different players and the influence of different variables on the evolutionary game. The results show that when the incentive and restraint effect of the government is strong,it will promote the general contractor and logistics enterprises to choose the green logistics strategy, and when the government incentive and restraint effect is weak,it will have a certain impact on the general contractor and logistics enterprises in a short time, but the long-term effect is not obvious. For general contractors and logistics enterprises,we should strengthen the investment in green logistics resources and improve the distribution mechanism of common interests. On the basis of the above game analysis of the system evolution of the green logistics resource input in the construction industry under the supervision of the government and the simulation study on the stability of the equilibrium point, this thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the better decision-making of the important actors of green logistics in the construction industry.
