As the country attaches greater importance to general aviation development,general aviation missions have grown rapidly,and the number and scale of general aviation companies have increased accordingly.But at the same time,the frequent accidents of navigation have become a huge test of the safety of general aviation in China.General aviation flight operation system is complex,which needs to deal with many challenges brought by changeable external operation environment and complex internal functions.Traditional accident analysis methods focus on sorting out the causal chain of accidents,which is more effective for the analysis of simple accidents,but such method lack integrity and system perspective,so it is unable to analysis complex systems such as general flight activities in depth.In recent years,Analysis methods based on system theory has been widely used in the analysis of accident cause because it can describe the nonlinear relationship in complex system,and functional resonance analysis method(FRAM)is one of the methods.In this paper,the FRAM model is used to analyze the collision accidents of navigation flights.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:First of all,it is found that FRAM model has obvious advantages in the analysis of nonlinear complex system through the comparison between various accident cause analysis method.After that,this paper systematically expounds the different stages and the responsibilities of different departments in each stage.After introducing the basic principle and analysis process of FRAM model,this paper adjusts the use of FRAM model according to the characteristics of navigation flight activities,which is reflected in the optimization of its applicability and divides the functional modules and constructs the functional network diagram for navigation flight.Then,the functional modules are divided and the functional network diagram is constructed.Finally,the case analysis of Fengxiang navigation collision accident is carried out,and the corresponding monitoring measures are put forward according to the analysis results of the case,which further verifies the effectiveness of the analysis method,summarizes the shortcomings of the current analysis of the navigation collision accident and prospects the optimization direction.
