With the country putting forward the strategy of "Made in China 2025" to strengthen the country by manufacturing,how to deeply integrate the new generation of information technology into the manufacturing industry has become a research hotspot.At the same time,due to the further acceleration of urbanization and the rapid growth of urban population,how to deal with the growing municipal solid waste with low energy consumption and high recovery rate has become an urgent problem for every city.Mechanical Biological Treatment(MBT)equipment can efficiently separate recyclable parts of municipal solid waste,recover high-calorie substances to the greatest extent,reduce the pollution of municipal solid waste to the ecological environment and improve the utilization rate of resources.Using the related technology of Internet of Things(CPS),the development of simulation system for MBT workshop of municipal solid waste not only meets the national demand of "intelligent" manufacturing,but also meets the concept of resource recycling and protecting ecological environment,which has practical application value and significance.This paper introduces the related technologies and contents of MBT simulation system development and design from the following aspects: 1.Firstly,the theoretical research level of simulation system and MBT equipment technology is analyzed,and MBT is introduced.Based on the technical points of simulation system,this paper is divided into three parts: 3D model construction,simulation operation data and connection and service system.2.Aiming at the construction of 3D model,this paper takes MBT equipment as the research object,and completes the construction of 3D model of each component of MBT equipment through Solid Works,3DMax and Unity3 D modeling software.In the process of building 3D models,the models of MBT components are disassembled first,and after each component model is designed one by one,the disassembled models are integrated and assembled.Through lightweight processing,model texture rendering and lighting design of Unity3 D scene,the 3D model visualization effect of client platform can be improved.Finally,using the object-oriented idea of programming language,the components of MBT equipment are taken as objects,and the attributes of objects are modified by C#script to make them have the characteristics of physical movement.3.Taking the information model designed by MBT simulation system as the breakthrough point,starting from four issues: the collection,transmission and processing of simulation operation data of each component and the architecture of simulation service system.Firstly,the information model of MBT simulation system is designed to solve the problem of which components simulation operation data are collected.TCP/IP protocol is used as the basis of transmitting simulated operation data for data transmission between client and server.Then Java Web technology is used as the back-end core of MBT simulation system server development.Select Spring Boot as the development framework and My SQL database as the data management tool.By optimizing the server-side data transmission processing through DAO mode,a simulation system client with user-friendly GUI interactive interface is designed.4.For the service system,the rapid project construction of Spring Boot,various uncon Fig.d integrations of the current mainstream framework,and the project can run independently,without external dependence and Servlet container,and at the same time provide application monitoring during project running.On the premise of ensuring the experimental conditions and economic feasibility,four data processing technologies are introduced in the mode of Statement,Prepared Statement,Prepared Statement+ batch processing and DAO through design and comparison experiments,and the experimental results are obtained for research and comparison,and the MBT simulation system server with low coupling and low time consumption is designed.
