Study On Spatial Distribution Characteristics And Construction Of Protected Areas Groups In Guangdong

Protected areas are the basic resources to maintain national or regional ecological security,the core carrier of ecological civilization construction and the symbol of beautiful China.In the establishment of protected area system with Chinese characteristics of social and academic background,the analysis of regional protected area spatial distribution characteristics,build protected areas group,in high population density areas,put forward the protected areas group protection mode and protection strategy,to improve the regional protected area overall protection effect,maintain ecological security and the biodiversity protection has academic value and practical significance.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Defining the related concepts of biodiversity,natural ecosystem and protected area,combs the relevant basic theories of constructing nature reserves,analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of protected area at home and abroad and the research progress and development trend of protected area,and puts forward the concept and connotation of protected areas group,which lays a foundation for the research work.(2)Analyzing and arranging the number,scale,type structure and hierarchical structure of protected areas after integration and Optimization in Guangdong Province,which lays a basic data basis for this research work.(3)Based on the analysis of geographical information and vector data of protected areas,using quantitative analysis methods such as geographical concentration index,nearest neighbor index,Gini coefficient and kernel density estimation,combined with the conditions of natural geography and human geography,the spatial distribution characteristics of protected areas in Guangdong Province are analyzed and obtained:(1)The protected areas show an obvious spatial aggregation and distribution pattern.The high-density spatial distribution areas of protected areas are the junction of Shaoguan Qingyuan,the junction of Shaoguan Huizhou Heyuan,the northern part of Guangzhou,the junction of Jieyang Meizhou,the junction of Maoming Yangjiang,the southern coastal area of Huizhou,the Zhujiang River Estuary,the eastern sea area of Nan’ao Island,the southern sea area of Maoming and the western coast of Zhanjiang.(2)The spatial distribution of protected areas is closely related to the spatial distribution of natural geographical elements such as mountains,rivers and water systems.Lianhua mountains,Yunwu mountains and Jiulian mountains are the mountains with high spatial density distribution of protected areas,and the middle and upper reaches of Dongjiang,Xijiang and Beijiang are the river systems with high spatial density distribution of protected areas.(3)There is a negative correlation between the spatial distribution of protected areas and the overall population density and economic development level of the county,that is,there are a large number and large-scale nature reserves in the counties with low population density and low economic development level.(4)Based on the quantitative analysis of spatial distribution characteristics and combined with biogeographic flora,32 protected areas groups such as Nanling Shimentai Protected Areas group,Luofu Mountain Xiangtou Mountain Protected Areas group,Tianlu Mountain Protected Areas group and Zhujiang River Estuary Protected Areas group in Guangdong Province were constructed.The above 32 protected areas groups cover the province’s typical and representative natural ecosystems,biodiversity,natural relics and scenic resources,and cover the province’s important ecological functional areas,which is of great significance to maintaining Provincial Ecological Security and protecting biodiversity.(5)The total area of 32 nature reserves in Guangdong Province is 2022100 hectares,accounting for about 65.45% of the total area of protected areas in Guangdong Province;It covers 411 protected areas,accounting for 36.86% of the total number of protected areas in the province.(6)The protection mode of protected areas group is put forward,which has academic and practical significance for reducing the patch island effect of protected areas,improving the overall protection effect and reducing the protection cost.It is the development direction of protected areas in areas with high population density and developed economy in China.(7)According to the concept and resource characteristics of protected areas,seven protection strategies of protected areas group are put forward: overall protection strategy,protection strategy of core resources,collaborative management strategy,ecological restoration strategy highlighting core resources and main protection objects,resource collaborative utilization strategy highlighting theme,human activity control strategy based on functional space,Highlight the "business card" publicity strategy of ecological security and inclusive public service products.This paper uses quantitative analysis method,takes the spatial distribution characteristics of provincial protected areas as the research starting point,and lays the foundation for the construction of regional protected areas.The research perspective is innovative.According to the spatial distribution characteristics and protection management objectives of protected areas,the protection mode and protection strategy of protected areas group are put forward.The research content is innovative.
