Under the background of implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the policy requires that the problem of agriculture and rural farmers be the top priority.At present,with the continuous development of China’s economy and society,the living conditions of rural residents are continuously improved,the amount of garbage is increasing rapidly,and the types of garbage are becoming more and more diverse.How to effectively treat rural domestic waste is the meaning of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and an essential task to realize the construction of ecological environment.Through data review,combined with the investigation of the current situation of rural garbage removal and transportation in Dongfeng County,Liaoyuan City,Jilin Province,and analyzed by qualitative and quantitative methods,it is found that there are the following four problems in the collection and transportation of rural domestic garbage.First,with the continuous development of the economy and the continuous improvement of rural living conditions,the amount of garbage continues to increase,and the composition of garbage is also very different from before.Second,the infrastructure of the rural garbage recycling system in Dongfeng County is not perfect at present,and no suitable sorting and transfer station has been established,which cannot meet the needs of rural garbage recycling;third,the driving route of garbage removal vehicles has not been uniformly planned,and the driving route depends on the driver.Fourth,rural garbage recycling is outsourced,only simple collection and transportation and incineration and landfill treatment are carried out,no garbage classification,no classification and secondary processing of recyclable garbage.Therefore,in order to better solve these four problems,considering the current situation of rural garbage recycling,garbage classification requirements,transfer station capacity and other factors,this paper conducts optimization research on the rural garbage recycling network.Based on the current situation of garbage collection and transportation,and considering the three-layer garbage collection and transportation mode of village-towncounty,this paper proposes a three-layer recycling network for rural garbage recycling,and then conducts research on the planning and research of rural domestic garbage recycling network for this three-layer network,considering the uncertainty of the amount of garbage generated at the garbage generation point,firstly,the logistics network between the first layer(garbage generation point),the second layer(sorting transfer station),and the third layer(processing point)is divided into garbage.The site selection problem of sorting transfer station and final processing point(sorting transfer station,incineration plant and landfill)is studied,and a site selection model based on minimum cost and negative effect is established;The first floor(garbage generation point)and the second floor(sorting and transfer station)consider the capacity of garbage collection vehicles and the shortest total travel path to carry out the optimization study of recycling path.Based on the established location model and route optimization model,this paper uses the fuzzy mathematics theory to concretize the amount of fuzzy garbage generated at the point of garbage generation.Using the trapezoidal fuzzy membership function and its corresponding lemma,the fuzzy parameters are converted from the fuzzy opportunistic constrained programming model to a clear equivalent model,and the fuzzy parameters are concreted,and then the traditional method is used to solve the problem.Finally,taking Dongfeng County,Liaoyuan City,Jilin Province as an example,sort out the data and bring it into the model,and use matlab 2019 a to solve it.The location results of sorting transfer station and final treatment point and the path optimization results of waste collection and transportation are obtained.The results are analyzed to verify the feasibility and operability of the rural living waste recycling network model.Moreover,considering that the garbage collection cost and transportation cost are affected in many aspects and occupy an important position in the cost under the actual conditions,the sensitivity analysis is carried out,and the impact of its change on the total cost is discussed.Through the establishment and solution analysis of the model,it provides a solution for the recycling and treatment of rural waste,and provides a certain reference for the construction of rural domestic waste recycling network in Jilin Province.
