Study On The Changes Of Dietary Life Of Residents In Southern Sichuan Since The Founding Of New China ——Taking Hongya County As The Investigation Center

Diet life is the basic element of human survival and development,which is a comprehensive social life phenomenon based on diet.It originated from the primitive physiological needs of human beings and penetrated into all levels of social life.From the perspective of the evolution of social production,only by ensuring the most basic life continuity through diet can human beings carry out population reproduction and expanded social production.Food life plays an irreplaceable role in the process of human history,whether from the perspective of biological circulation or cultural continuity.The multi-ethnic catering life in China,with the joint effect of its geographical environment,economic system,ethnic exchanges,cultural communication and other factors,eventually forms its colorful and unique regional catering culture circle.Through diet life,we can not only understand the cultural system and life form of a specific area,but also observe the potential role of diet life in maintaining the balance of social life.This paper selects Hongya County,Sichuan Province,which is undergoing the transformation of agricultural society as the research site.Through the investigation of literature and field data,it is found that the traditional diet life of Hongya County residents is constantly deconstructed and reshaped under the impact of modernization.The change of dietary structure is the most obvious.The staple food has experienced the development process from rice and corn to rice and corn,and then to rice and pasta.The non-staple food has changed from vegetarian food to balanced meat and vegetable,and its proportion has been increasing,showing a single poor to rich and diverse development trend;With the development of food consumption from the restricted ticket plan supply to the liberalized diversified consumption,ecological diet and ecological catering have gradually become the mainstream choice of food consumption;The traditional food etiquette has been marginalized in the transformation of the color code meeting.The original function of regulating social order is gradually disappearing,and the function of comparison is gradually replacing it;Under the impact of market economy and cultural globalization,food safety has become the focus of food life.Food safety has shifted from a small local problem to a large global problem.Since the reform and opening up,the diet life of Hongya County residents has been varying degrees of variation or imbalance.The main manifestations are: the proportion of fine diet is too high;The consumption culture of luxury ecological diet is over developed;The game between traditional etiquette culture and modern material culture;There are confrontational conflicts between local food culture and cultural globalization.Under the continuous impact and penetration of the modern trend on the regional society,the cultural imbalance and cultural lag in catering life are becoming more and more serious.This paper focuses on the analysis of "symbolic meaning" in the changes of catering life based on the expression of catering life in different social forms and time-space background.In view of the close relationship between the formation of symbolic meaning of food and external forces such as politics and economy,this paper investigates how the cultural meaning of specific food drives people to make corresponding eating behaviors,and from this point of view,it provides a rational reference for the imbalance and adjustment of eating life in the current rapid social transformation,so as to promote the sustainable development of eating life.
