Abstract/Summary:
The tobacco industry has a significant impact on the national economy and finance.However,due to internal and external factors,the moldy and qualitative change of tobacco leaves occurs every year in China,which has caused huge economic losses to the country.In order to effectively prevent and control tobacco mildew,it is necessary to monitor and predict the main factors causing tobacco mildew,such as temperature and humidity.Data monitoring depends on the construction of a set of sensing and monitoring network,and data prediction depends on a set of prediction model.Under this background,through comparative analysis and research,this thesis designs a set of storage tobacco leaf quality monitoring system based on Lora communication technology and a set of tobacco leaf temperature and humidity prediction and early warning model,so as to realize the monitoring and prediction of tobacco leaf temperature and humidity,and finally provide information measures for tobacco leaf mildew prevention.Firstly,this thesis analyzes and compares the characteristics and application scenarios of several common industrial internet of things communication technologies,and then selects Lora wireless communication technology in low-power wide area internet of things for networking construction according to the actual application scenarios and technical advantages.Using the characteristics of Lora technology,taking a tobacco redrying plant as an example,a networking scheme based on Lora communication is designed,including the design of network structure,the design of data acquisition terminal node and gateway deployment scheme,and the construction and utilization of server-side monitoring cloud platform.Based on this networking scheme,the simulation experiment of the network is carried out by using NS3 network simulation platform,and the relevant conclusions are obtained.In addition,using the historical tobacco temperature and humidity data of the redrying plant,a set of tobacco temperature and humidity prediction model based on LSTM neural network is established,and the temperature and humidity prediction experiment of stored tobacco is carried out through the model.Then,according to the experimental results,the hierarchical early warning mechanism of tobacco mildew is set up.Finally,the design and implementation of tobacco quality parameter monitoring system based on Lora is carried out,and the terminal node circuit design,the selection of acquisition module,the circuit design of Lora communication module and gateway and the related software design of each module are completed.The network is tested and verified by using the system.
