A Study On The Measurement Of Green Use Efficiency Of Urban Land And Its Influencing Factors In Anhui Province

Urban land is not only the basis of urbanization development,but also the important carrier and material basis of urban social and economic activities.In the context of rapid economic development and urbanization,the rapid expansion of urban land is the main feature of land use in China at the present stage,and the contradiction between the demand for land for urbanization development and the supply of urban construction land is increasing day by day.There are serious imbalance between supply and demand,unreasonable utilization mode and low utilization efficiency of urban land,which hinder the comprehensive development of urbanization and restrict urban economic growth.With the implementation of carbon neutrality and green sustainable development policies,blind expansion of urban land,low efficiency,unreasonable structure and other problems need to be improved.Therefore,how to obtain the maximum economic benefit and the minimum environmental loss under a certain input,improve the green utilization efficiency of urban land,improve the ecological environment of urban land,is the key topic in the current process of urbanization development.The optimization of green utilization efficiency of urban land is an important way to solve green sustainable development of urban land and promote urban economic development.At present,Anhui Province is in the critical period of rapid economic development and rapid urbanization.To explore the green utilization efficiency of urban land in Anhui Province is of certain significance to improve the unreasonable structure of urban land use and the development of urban land.Based on this,based on the comprehensive reference to the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper firstly summarizes the research progress of urban land at home and abroad,and comprehensively expounds the concepts and theoretical basis of green utilization efficiency and green development of urban land.Secondly,from the perspective of land input and output,an efficiency measurement index system including expected output and unexpected output was constructed.The unexpected output super-efficiency SBM model was used to measure the green use efficiency of urban land in Anhui Province from 2010 to 2019.Based on the measurement results,the temporal variation characteristics and spatial distribution evolution characteristics of urban land green use efficiency were analyzed by using kernel density estimation,standard deviation ellipse and exploratory spatial data analysis.Finally,an empirical study is made on the influencing factors of green use efficiency of urban land in Anhui Province,and combined with the characteristics and phenomena reflected in the previous research,the policies and suggestions are put forward to improve green use efficiency of urban land in Anhui Province.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:（1）In terms of time series,the green use efficiency of urban land in Anhui province showed an overall trend of declining first and then rising from 2010 to 2019.The green use efficiency of urban land in the three regions showed the same development trend as the whole,but the green use efficiency of urban land in different regions showed significant differences.（2）In terms of spatial variation,low efficiency is dominant,showing the characteristics of two levels of differentiation.The number of cities with high efficiency increased year by year,and the center of efficiency shifted from northwest to southeast to northwest.Prefecture-level cities showed positive spatial correlation,and cities showed agglomeration phenomenon in space.（3）Among the factors influencing the green use efficiency of urban land,urbanization is mutually restricting and promoting the green use efficiency of urban land.Factors such as economic development level promote the improvement of green use efficiency of urban land,while factors such as population density have a negative effect on it.
