| In order to improve the overall level of China’s pharmaceutical industry,China has carried out quality and efficacy consistency evaluation of marketed generic drugs since March 2016,and adopted bioequivalence test as the main means and method of consistency evaluation.Since November 2018,in order to reduce drug costs,China began to organize national centralized drug procurement,and gradually normalized it.Due to their weak competitiveness,many small and medium-sized generic drug manufacturers have given up the consistency evaluation of some generic drugs,which will have a significant impact on the bioanalysis organizations in the industry chain of generic drugs consistency evaluation.S Center for Bioanalytical Service was established in December 2017.Its main business is biological sample analysis in bioequivalence evaluation tests of generic drug consistency evaluation studies,and its main customers are local generic drug manufacturers in Sichuan Province.In the face of increasingly fierce market competition,S Center has poor marketing ability,weak competitive consciousness and imperfect incentive mechanism.Under the situation of internal and external difficulties,it is particularly urgent to formulate the development strategy for S Center scientifically.This thesis takes S Center as the research object,using PEST to evaluate the external macro environment of S center.Porter’s Five Forces Analysis Model is adopted to evaluate the industry competition environment of S Center,including identify competitors and competitive ability of S center.This thesis analyzes the internal resources and capabilities of S Center,and analyzes the business operating situation of S Center in the past four years.The external opportunities,threats and internal strengths,weaknesses of S Center are evaluated by using the order graph method,and the key external and internal factors of S Center are analyzed by using the comprehensive evaluation method of EFE and IFE matrix.Four strategic choices of S Center are determined by SWOT analysis method,and then the final strategic choice is made by using strategic quadrilateral method.Finally,according to the development strategy of S Center,the corresponding strategic guarantee measures are formulated.Through this study,a development strategy is developed for S Center,which is dominated by SO strategy,supplemented by WO strategy and ST strategy.This thesis also formulates a series of guarantee measures to ensure the successful implementation of the above development strategy,including getting support from superior management,strengthening the construction of human resources,establish a reasonable employee appraisal system and incentive mechanism,strengthening the differentiation of business development,strengthening the external exchange and cooperation,strengthening market promotion and strengthening biosafety risk control,enable S Center to gain competitive advantages and sustainable development ability,realize the goal of becoming a high level bioanalysis laboratory in China,and promote the research and development of generic drugs in China. |
