| The proposal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals means that my country,as a developing country,needs to achieve carbon peaking to carbon neutrality in the shortest time while achieving the highest reduction in carbon emission intensity in the world.The future economic and social development of our country will be a huge challenge.Therefore,the inspection of the carbon emission trading system currently implemented is not only an overall review of the carbon emission trading system implemented in my country since 2013,but also a clearing of obstacles on the road to help my country achieve the "dual carbon" goal.Through a review of existing research,it is found that the current research generally only classifies environmental regulations,studies the impact of different types of environmental regulations on technological innovation,ignores the differences between specific environmental regulations under different types,and the conclusions are weak.At the same time,the difference in the concept definition scope of technological innovation and green technology innovation,and the difference in the use of quantity or quality as a measure of green technology innovation will also lead to different conclusions,which will be the innovations of this paper.Therefore,this paper redefines the concepts of carbon emissions trading system and green technology innovation,limits the specific scope of research,distinguishes the quantity and quality of green innovation,and combines relevant theories to discuss the impact of carbon emissions trading system on corporate green technology innovation.In the empirical analysis,the research objects are 689 listed companies in the pilot areas that have been manually screened.The establishment time of the carbon emissions trading market is regarded as the node of policy impact,and the companies participating in the carbon emissions trading market are treated as the treatment group.The enterprises in the trading market were used as the control group,and the more accurate control group enterprises were matched by using the propensity score matching model,and the results were calculated by the double-difference model.Second,the carbon emission trading system will hinder the improvement of the quality of green technology innovation of enterprises;third,the carbon emission trading system will help the green technology innovation behavior of non-state-owned enterprises.According to the research conclusion,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of the government and enterprises to strengthen the promotion of the carbon emission trading system,clarify the future direction of the carbon emission trading system,and improve the contents of the carbon emission trading system.First of all,the government should guide,support and encourage the transaction of green financial products,strengthen macro-control and promote stable development;enterprises should establish cooperative relations and improve their own conditions,and should independently develop and innovate to achieve sustainable development.Secondly,the government must create an innovation environment and improve policies and systems,lower the barriers to entry,and promote exchanges and cooperation;enterprises must enhance environmental protection awareness and change short-sighted concepts,adhere to the concept of high-quality development,and build a green and innovative industry.Finally,the government must scientifically formulate the distribution system based on the differences of enterprises;enterprises must identify the market positioning and accelerate enterprise reform to achieve transformation and upgrading. |
