| China is actively promoting the construction of smart cities and ecological cities.Eco city emphasizes the protection of urban environment and the coordination and symbiosis between man and nature,but ignores the important role of intelligent technology;Smart cities rely too much on intelligent technology and try to achieve harmony between man and nature through intelligent technology.Whether it is a smart city or an ecological city,there are certain problems and deficiencies in the construction process.The key to the sustainable and high-quality development of the city lies in the integration of green development concept and scientific and technological innovation.The smart ecological city integrates the wisdom and ecological concept.Based on scientific and technological innovation and humanistic care,it balances the friendly relationship between human beings,resources and ecology,promotes the rational utilization of resources,promotes the harmony between man and nature,and meets the requirements of modern urban construction.Firstly,the paper defines the connotation and constituent elements of smart ecological city,and expounds the theories and methods needed in the construction of smart ecological city.Further based on the constituent elements of smart eco city and relevant theoretical research,build the evaluation index system of smart eco city construction in Anhui Province,and form 29 secondary indicators including five criteria layers of smart economy,social people’s livelihood,ecological environment,infrastructure and smart technology.Select 16 cities in Anhui Province as the research object,collect data and carry out the evaluation research on the construction level of smart ecological city.The overall entropy method is used to weight the evaluation index system,and the construction of smart eco city is evaluated from three aspects: time dimension,space angle and trend analysis.From the perspective of time,the construction level of smart ecological city in the province shows an upward trend.Through the analysis of different criteria levels,it is found that the growth rate of economic development is rapid,the score of ecological environment is given the lowest rating and the growth trend is slow;through the spatial distribution pattern,it can be observed that the spatial pattern of the construction level of smart ecological city in Anhui Province from 2013 to 2019 is relatively stable.In terms of subregions,central Anhui > Southern Anhui > Northern Anhui;by exploring the future construction level,it can be seen that the overall trend of the construction level of smart ecological city in Anhui Province is upward,but the trend is different in different cities,and the imbalance is significant.The obstacle factor diagnosis model is introduced to analyze the obstacle degree.Through the establishment of the obstacle degree model,it is obvious that the obstructive elements influencing the improvement of the construction level of smart ecological city in Anhui Province have little inter annual change,and the main obstacle factors exist in the three dimensions of smart technology,infrastructure and social people’s livelihood.Finally,on account of the research and analysis,this paper puts forward relevant promotion paths for the construction of smart ecological city in Anhui Province.Figure [16] table[18] reference [66]... |
