With the growth of domestic viscose fiber and cellulose fiber consumption demand and the limitation of domestic raw material resources.Traditional wood pulp,hemp pulp and cotton pulp have been unable to meet the market demand of the pulp industry for cellulose fibers.It is a practical way to find resources from abandoned agricultural and forestry crops to alleviate the shortage of cellulose pulp raw materials.Torreya husk,as a common abandoned agricultural and forestry crop,has been regarded as a waste resource for a long time.It has not been processed and applied to a certain extent,and cannot realize the recycling of resources.And the discarded Torreya husk also cause certain pollution to the environment.If Torreya husk resources can be developed and utilized by certain technical means,it will not only promote the development of related industries,and also provide new reference ideas for the resource reuse of cardboard husk raw materials.The mass fraction of cellulose in Torreya husk is 31.00wt% detected by the US Department of Energy’s NREL-testing three-element standard.The cellulose in Torreya husk is extracted by appropriate pulping process,and the waste Torreya husk resource is converted into pulp for cellulose fiber.The cellulose fiber prepared by appropriate spinning process has good degradability.The transformation of Torreya husk resources to cellulose fibers has been realized,providing new ideas for the recycling and reuse of hard husk resources.In this paper,by optimizing the preparation process of Torreya husk pulp,the solubility of Torreya husk pulp in re-ionic liquid is studied,and finally the co-cellulose fiber of Torreya husk pulp/wood pulp is prepared.The main research content is divided into the following three parts:(1)Torreya husk pulp is prepared by pre-hydrolysis caustic soda process.By adjusting the pre-hydrolysis process,solid-liquid ratio,cooking liquid concentration and other process conditions,impurities in the raw material of Torreya husk are removed,and the content of type A cellulose in Torreya husk pulp is improved.The optimum pre-hydrolysis process parameters determined according to pulp properties are: hydrolysis solid-liquid ratio 1:5,pre-hydrolysis temperature 165℃,holding time 1h;The cooking process parameters are: the solid-liquid ratio of cooking is 1:6,the concentration of cooking liquid is 40wt%,the cooking temperature is 165℃,and the holding time is 2h.The final prepared pulp had a methyl fiber content of 88.5wt% and a polymerization degree of 341,which reached the usage standard of cellulose fiber pulp.(2)Torreya husk pulp and wood pulp are dissolved in ionic liquid according to the blending mass ratio of 5:5,4:6,3:7 and 0:10 to prepare the blended solution of Torreya husk pulp.The pulp dissolution is observed by microscope and the rheological properties are tested.It is observed by microscope that the lower the blending mass ratio of Torreya husk pulp in the blending solution,the better the dissolving performance of the prepared pulp.Fitting zero-shear viscosity through steady-state rheology and determining specific spinning temperature parameters.Determine the stability of the solution and its sensitivity to temperature by comparing the complex viscosity and steady-state rheology and calculating the activation energy of viscous flow.The analysis found that the viscous flow activation energies of different blend solutions not only differ greatly,but their values are all higher than 44 k J/mol.Therefore,the prepared blend solution is highly sensitive to temperature,and there are differences in the final spinning temperature of different blend solutions.(3)Torreya husk pulp/wood pulp blended fiber is prepared by spinning the blend solution with the mass ratio of Torreya husk pulp:wood pulp blending mass ratio of 4:6,3:7,0:10 by dry-jet wet spinning process.The mechanical properties,surface micro-morphology,crystallization properties and moisture regain of the obtained blended fibers are also tested.When the blended mass ratio of Torreya husk pulp in the blended fiber is 40wt%,the mechanical properties of the prepared blended fiber are 1.42 cN/dtex and the crystallinity is 40.38%.The moisture regain is 14.62%,which is similar to the moisture regain of conventional viscose fibers of 13% to 14%,and has a good application prospect in the field of hygroscopic fabrics..
