Biochar-based Electrochemical Sensors Were Used For Phenolic Compounds Detecting | | Posted on:2022-11-22 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y L Lu | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2491306782995149 | Subject:Automation Technology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Based on the excellent electrical conductivity and acid and alkali resistance of biochar materials,the effects of different pretreatment and preparation methods on the properties of biochar materials were studied.A kind of electrochemical sensors based on biochar materials were used to sensitively detect a variety of phenolic compound.1.Biochar was prepared from pomelo peel by activation pyrolysis and used as electrode modified material to construct an electrochemical sensor for the detection of hydroquinone and catechol;2.The straw was prepared as porous carbon material in the special reaction environment provided by molten salt,and the electrochemical sensor “CMS-PCSS/GCE” based on the carbon material was constructed and used for the detection of luteolin;3.Salt molecules were converted into endogenous templates of lotus root biomass by simple bioenrichment,and then prepared as carbon materials by one-step pyrolysis.The electrochemical sensor “CPLR-900/GCE” was constructed for hesperidin detection.4.After the biomass of lotus root was treated with KOH,N and P elements were introduced into the biomass carbon by co-doping and pyrolysis to increase its active sites.Then,a sensor “N&P/LRPC-800-1/GCE” was constructed using the biomass as modification material and used for electrochemical analysis of baicalin and luteolin.In different electrochemical sensors,the biochar modified electrochemical sensors prepared by KOH activation can detect hydroquinone and catechol with high sensitivity and low concentration.The electrochemical sensor“CMS-PCSS/GCE” based on straw biochar prepared by molten salt carbonization method realized the sensitive detection of luteolin.Bioenrichment can effectively introduce salt template molecules into the biomass.The pyrolytic carbon of lotus root prepared by this treatment method owned developed pore structure,and the electrochemical sensor “CPLR-900/GCE” constructed by it showed a good detection effect on the hesperitin.Introducing hetero elements into biochar materials by co-doping and pyrolysis can effectively increase their active sites.The electrochemical sensor “N&P/LRPC-800-1/GCE” constructed based on N and P co-doping pyrolytic carbon materials of lotus root realized highly sensitive detection of baicalin and luteolin.In this paper,a variety of biochar materials were prepared by different methods,and a new quantitative analysis method for hydroquinone/catechol,luteolin,hesperidin and baicalin was established,respectively.Compare these results found that what affects the response effect of the phenolic substance to the biomass carbon materials modified sensors main including specific surface area,channel structure and the surface active sites of carbon materials etc.,and these features are closely associated with the preparation of carbon materials plan,the preparation of different schemes will give different advantage of the characteristics of carbon materials.In summary,the preparation method of biomass carbon material and its application in the field of electrochemical sensing have been actively explored in this paper,and a kind of new methods for quantitative analysis of phenolic compound have been established. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Biochar material, Electrochemical sensor, Hydroquinone, Catechol, Luteolin, Hesperitin, Baicalein | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
