Nowadays,220 k V transmission-line was widely adopted in the arrangement of the220 k V vertical-arrayed double-bundle transmission-line,but under the influence of the the electromagnetic force,vertical-arrayed double-bundle wires produce gravitational attraction and will adhere and rub with each other under certain conditions,cause the phenomena of subconductors of 220 k V vertical-arrayed double-bundle transmission-line,and ultimately affect the health of the transmission line operation.Firstly this paper analized the whole mechanism of conglutination phenomena of 220 k V vertical-arrayed double-bundle transmission-line,and concluded that the process of subconductors conglutination was division,critical adhesion and whole adhesion.The essence of this process is the dynamic equilibrium process of electromagnetic force,the electrostatic force and cable gravity.Secondly this paper analysed the causes of the subconductors conglutination,and concluded that the environment(sunshine difference,wind speed,etc.),parameter and structure(dispersion of DC resistance,wire weight deviation,etc.),carrying capacity of double-bundle transmission-line,all of them directly affect the temperature of transmission-line.According to the equation of the transmission-line conductor,changes of the temperature could lead to the change of the spacing of double-bundle conductor.The current size of the sub conductor.and spacing of double-bundle conductor determined the electromagnetic attraction and electrostatic repulsion.When the electromagnetic force increases,spacing of double-bundle conductor become smaller than the rspacing of the conductor critical adhesion,the subconductors conglutination phenomena of double-bundle transmission-line will be occur.Then this paper analyzed the theory of the minimum current of conductor conglutination.established a spacing model of double-bundle conductors,analyzed the current relationship between spacing of double-bundle conductors and secondary conductor,the relationship between low stress between the conductors and The sub conductor current、sub conductor stress and The sub conductor current、electromagnetic attraction of sub conductor and current of sub conductor current.Then this paper analyzed the the minimum current of conductor conglutination.and then this paper calculated the the minimum currentof conductor conglutination under the different conductors state of safety and different conductors situation,and do the multi solution analysis.Finally in order to verify the rationality of the influence factors of conductor conglutination and theoretical derivation,explore the effective technical measures,to provide the technical reference for the vertical double-bundle conductor in the design and construction,arranged the test of subconductors of220 k V vertical-arrayed double-bundle transmission-line.And put forward prevention and improvement measures to reduce conglutination phenomena,such as control of the construction,increase spacing between double-bundle transmission-line,install spacing rod,adjust transmission capacity of transmission lines,using a variety of new energy-efficient appliances,etc.The author believes that through the adoption of a series of measures of prevention and rectification,the conglutination phenomena would be reduced greatly.It would promote greatly to the safety operation of power grid in China,and it can be highly applied to production.
