| While the temperature in the hypersonic aircraft structural increases caused by aerodynamic heating,there will be severe vibration happened.It will provide evidence for the design of aircraft safety when taking enough efforts to study the impact of the sturcture characteristics by the thermal-vibration enviorments.So far,many scholars at home and abroad have been studied on the thermal-vibration problem of the aerospace structures in many aspects.The thermal-vibration ground test,which is an important method of the study on thermal-vibration,can stimulate the thermal-vibration when aircraft flying.It can not only study the response characteristicbut also evaluate the environmental adaptability of the aircraft structure in thermal-vibration enviorment.There are few studies on the thermal-vibration test in high temperature enviorment because many experimental devices are not able to meet the test requirements which will be in harsh theraml enviorment with hundreds or even thousands of degrees and the test cost is too high.Meanwhile,many key issues involving in the thermal-vibration test such as the simulation method of the temperature distribution and testing method should be solved.In this paper,we study on the thermal-vibration method and the experimental of the structural vibration characteristic with the thermo-defend panel structure as typical objects.In the first instance,we finished the desigh of the thermal-vibration test platform and established the quartz lamp heating and shaker vibration system,and then proposed laser test method for vibration under high temperature environment,and finially build the thermal-vibration test platform which is able to simulate and test the thermal-vibration characteristic of the structure in the enviorment with the temperaturefrom 25 to 600℃;the next,we also obtained the vibvation characteristics of thermo-defend panel structure by thermal-mode test in different temperatures and temperature gradients with free boundary condition;final,in view of the vibration response,we study on vibration control system algorithm process framework,and establish a single point excitation vibration and two points in response to the excitation vibration control system simulation.We use Matlab programming algorithm to make the final the control spectrum achieving the control accuracy of the reference spectrum.This work is also the foundation of the further study on the typical structure characteristic of thermal-vibration reoponse and the guidance of thremal-vibration simulation for complex structures. |
