Due to non-spherical optical system with a large number of applications,optical sensors in the imaging performance has been greatly improved,but nonspherical optical system due to the characteristics of its own,opposed to the traditional spherical optical systems,in optical design,processing,testing,equipment,have a great deal of difficulty and bounds.In this paper,according to the difficulties of the present non-spherical optical system testing and equipment,the tolerance analysis of optical systems,optical components uninstall support,quality of forecast,the geometric characteristics of the test parameters,and accurate measurement and adjustment have been studied.The purpose of article is to enhance feasibility of the non-spherical optical system in the actual equipment and under the existing test equipment and technology conditions,a reasonable allocation of tolerances to reduce the difficulty of equipment.At the same time,through analyzed the structure of the optical components and the form of unloading,we have effectively reduced the weight and ensured sufficient stiffness of the optical components.Also the interface of the mechanical structure have been provided.Comprehensive quality of forecast,the geometric characteristics of the test parameters,and accurate measurement and adjustment technology,to resolve the problem of non-spherical optical system of the process control,improve the efficiency of the equipment.Through the Principle and simulation analysis,we have formed the technical program,and put up tests.The results show that,the technology used in this paper can raise a certain extent capacity of non-spherical optical system testing and equipment.The technical program can lay the foundation for in-depth study.
