| In recent years,with the development of computer,communication and network technology,the modern ship has been developing rapidly in the direction of automation and digitization.Ship power plant is the central system of the whole ship,and marine diesel engine is a key component of marine power system and also an important device to ensure the safety of ship navigation,so the monitoring of diesel engine operating condition is very important.The monitoring system for the marine electronic control diesel engine researched and developed in this paper is an integrated monitoring system integrating a monitoring system for marine electronic control diesel engine and driving control system.The monitoring system consists of three parts: Engine Monitor & Safety Control Subsystem,Remote Monitoring Subsystem,Bridge Control subsystem.In this paper,the overall development process and main key points of monitoring system will be introduced in detail.the main contents are as follows:1.The Overall Design of Monitoring System for Marine Electronic Control Diesel Engine.System design includes marine diesel engine monitoring,driving control operations,with a full set of solutions and functional modules.The use of multi-bus technology is for information transmission and multi-information fusion technology is for fault diagnosis,to ensure its security..2.Hardware Design of Monitoring System.In the system hardware circuit design,the use of a separate MCU and power supply,the use of multiple redundant multi-bus + redundant backup design technology,the use of the modularized design method,combined with the characteristics of the hardware design itself,from multi-angle,multi-level and multi-level consideration,using multi-CPU design,greatly improved the system stability and anti-jamming performance.3.Software Design of Monitoring System.The software of monitoring system adopts the single-task structured software design method,which not only has simple structure,but also has the advantages of high efficiency and less resource occupation.In order to improve the system reliability and anti-jamming,such as software trap technology,digital filtering technology and other fault-tolerant mechanism and compensation means.4.Simulation Debugging and On-site Testing of Monitoring System.In order to test the performance of the self-developed monitoring system for marine electronic control diesel engine,simulation test system of ECU is designed based on the CANoe hardware module of Vector Company.In order to test the data acquisition capability of the monitoring system,a signal generation simulation module is designed.The use of advanced bus technology is to promote marine electronic control diesel engine monitoring system of intelligent process development,so as to provide the river and offshore ship manufacturers with a comprehensive and overall solution engine monitoring,driving control and security features. |
