With the constant improvement of the technical content of non-road electronically controlled diesel engines,the faults tend to be more and more complex and complicated.Once the fault can not be solved in time,it will definitely affect working status and directly affect the normal operation of the diesel engine.When it is running,the use of non-road diesel engines becomes more frequent and dispersed,the traditional fault diagnosis,fault management and maintenance methods can no longer meet the needs of customers.Therefore,based on the actual needs of our customers,we design an intelligent non-road diesel engine which has on-line monitoring and diagnosis system.It can greatly reduce the daily costs of use and maintenance,then experts can remotely control the running condition of non-road diesel engine to achieve fault diagnosis,meanwhile realize remote fault diagnosis of non-road electronically controlled diesel engines.Based on the advanced technology of fault diagnosis for non-road electronically controlled diesel engines at home and abroad,based on the actual demand for fault diagnosis of non-road electronically controlled diesel engines in China,the on-line monitoring of working status of the non-road electronically controlled diesel engine is designed which is based on CAN bus communication and GPRS remote communication technology.Firstly,based on the Infineon XC2234 L chip,a non-road electronically controlled diesel engine multi-function fault diagnostic instrument is designed and developed.Secondly,combined with remote GPRS communication module,PC remote fault diagnosis service center is designed.Finally,the integrated research on the on-line monitoring and diagnosis system of non-road electronically controlled diesel engine working status is integrated.The actual test shows that the function of the non-road electronically controlled diesel engine fault diagnosis system initially meets the design requirements.The non-road electronically controlled diesel engine fault diagnosis system integrates remote real-time data flow monitoring,remote fault diagnosis,historical fault information management and other functions.The traditional maintenance mode of non-road electronically controlled diesel engines is changed,real-time maintenance of non-road electronically controlled diesel engines is realized,a database of historical faults is established,and the management of fault information is realized.Therefore,this non-road electronically controlled diesel engine fault diagnosis system has certain civil benefits.
