With the requirement of China’s "3.0" industrial background,China’s industry has entered into a high-speed development stage.China has been a big country in the global shipbuilding area,but the level of science and technology of shipbuilding design management in China still lags behind Japan and Korea,especially in ship design,enterprise management and employee motivation.Now,the enterprise is already actively exploring ways of reforming.China’s actual conditions and the status should be combined to identify the most suitable method for enterprise management incentive system.This paper uses JSMST,a ship design company,as the research object,to study assessment mechanism and employee incentive system in enterprise management application,problems and suggestions for improvement on the basis of existing theories.Firstly,it introduces JSMST’s enterprise evaluation,analyses the present situation of the management and staff incentive,and points out the problems and influences existing in the company.Secondly,it presents analysis and exploration through the WBS decomposition theory,the PDCA cycle theory,Herzberg’s double factors incentive theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,and the distribution of the Adams equity theory,etc.Finally,it uses the relevant theory combined with the status of JSMST rationalization proposals,to optimize the improvement of enterprise evaluation and incentive system.The analysis of the suggestions to JSMST are also hoped to be able to be used for reference in other domestic enterprises.
