| As one of the green light sources with broad development prospects,LED has led the lighting industry to take a fourth leap due to its high luminous efficiency,long lifespan,environmental protection,and energy saving,and has received extensive attention from the lighting industry.Due to the unique semiconductor characteristics of the LED,the current power supply cannot directly supply power to the LED,and a special drive circuit needs to be designed to supply the LED.This dissertation takes the LED driving circuit as the research object,proposes the analysis method of data correlation,and analyzes the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the LED driving circuit.Firstly,LED lamp features,electrical characteristics,connection methods are introduced;existing LED lamp drive circuit structures are analyzed;the current research methods of nonlinear dynamic characteristics are summarized.Secondly,the data correlation theory is applied to analyze the nonlinear characteristics of the LED drive circuit,the data correlation theory is proposed and applied to the nonlinear characteristic analysis of the LED boost drive circuit,to verify the correctness and accuracy of the method.Discrete model and Simulink model of voltage mode Boost converter are established,the simulation results of the discrete model and the Simulink model are compared,and the data correlation of the circuit is analyzed,it is concluded that although data correlation theory and traditional nonlinear dynamic analysis methods are different,but it does the same thing,moreover,compared with the traditional analysis method,the nonlinear dynamic characteristics contained in the data correlation theory are more detailed and the experimental results are more objective.Thirdly,the current mode Boost converter model is established and the circuit characteristics of different parameters are analyzed,the waveform,phase diagram,and poincare map of different parameter conditions are made,and the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the circuit are analyzed by using the data correlation.Through the simulation experiment,the data correlation theory can distinguish the working state of the system carefully and accurately,and can measure the degree of the system entering the chaotic state.Finally,on the basis of Boost converter,the influence of amplification coefficient,reference current and resistance on circuit output voltage and inductance current are analyzed respectively.The amplification coefficient and the resistance have a large influence on the output voltage,which is basically positive correlation;the reference current,in addition to affecting the output voltage,greatly affects the ripple voltage.This paper studies the relationship between the performance of the boost drive circuit and the parameters,and provides the theoretical basis for the parameter selection of the LED boost drive circuit.In the actual circuit experiment,the amplification factor of the circuit is changed,due to the feedback,the LED on the load side can work stably and achieve the purpose of constant current. |
