With the development of industry,the application of linear motor is increased,the precision of linear motor position detection is improved.However,linear motor position detection method adapting the expensive and the imported grating displacement sensor which requires hard work environment,which is installed separately inside the motor.The volume of the linear motor is increased by this method,and it can not conform to the development direction of motor intelligentization.The idea of "time measuring space" is invented by the research group independently,which is realized the characteristics of high precision displacement detection in the complex environment without relying on the precise mechanical equal grading line.With the development of research,magnetic sensor is used as the sensing element in the time grating displacement sensor,the structure of time grating sensor become more flexible and application area is wider.Therefore,supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China,the method adapt the latest generation of magnetic sensor TMR linear sensor chip and time grating displacement sensing technology to achieve the embedded position detection of linear motor is proposed.The main research contents and innovation points are as follows:(1)The input and output characteristics of the TMR linear sensor and the measurement principle of time grating displacement sensing technology are analyzed.The measurement method of embedded position of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor based on time grating sensor technology and linear TMR sensor chip is proposed,and the principle of embedded detection is studied.(2)According to the principle of embedded position detection of linear motor based on TMR,the secondary magnetic field is simulated of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor,the optimum position of a magnetic sensor TMR linear sensor chip is determined and the distance of pair of TMR ensured magnetic field space orthogonal is confirmed.(3)On the basis of the simulation analysis,the position detection system of synchronous linear motor based on time grating sensor technology and linear TMR sensor chip is designed,including the electromagnetic conversion module,induced signal with linear position information processing module and calculation module,and the host computer display module.(4)The experimental platform is built.The verification test of the linear motor embedded position detection is carried out,.and the static performance test of resolution and error of the prototype is carried out.The detection error is analyzedIn summary,the embedded position detection method proposed in this paper is verified which can realize the position detection of the linear motor by the theoretical derivation and simulation analysis,system design and experimental research of TMR and time grating sensor technology embedded linear motor position detection method.The original error was measured to be ±0.45 mm,The integration of detection technology and detection system is realized.
