Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motor (PMSLM) is a relatively new type of motor, which also has the characteristics and advantages, of the linear motor and the synchronous motor, With high-speed, high precision, high thrust, and low power consumption advantages, it has a wide application prospect in the field of scientific research and production. Compared with other motors, the research of PMLSM control method is relatively late. At present, the current study in this field at home and abroad is still at the exploratory stage, but there have been some achievements, The vector control method based on electronic power technology is the most widely used method. Based on this method, a PMLSM vector control system based on DSP technology is designed in this paper.In this paper, we first analyze the structural characteristics of PMLSM,,research on synchronous motor coordinate transformation and SVPWM waveform modulation principle and give the corresponding transformation matrices and SVPWM modulation wave algorithm. And then, we establish the model in the simulation tool Simulink, and the modulation algorithm was verified.Through the analysis and comparison of several common vector control schemes, this paper selects the id=0 vector control scheme. On this basis, a three closed loop system of PMLSM vector control scheme is designed. According to the coordinate transformation and the SVPWM modulation principle, this control scheme using Simulink modeling and simulation, is verified the feasibility of this scheme. Experiments show that the three closed loop system can be very good to achieve the vector control of the motor. As for a given operating parameters, the motor begins to run after the ring state can reach a stable state at around 0.1s.Based on PMLSM control scheme of theory research, a hardware system based on TI company TMS320F2812 chip as the core of the main control board and FSAM30SH60 intelligent power module as the core function board is designed. According to SVPWM algorithm, the related procedures are presented. Finally, the whole hardware and software system is verified by the oscilloscope. The experiment results show that the system can realize the SVPWM waveform modulation.
