In recent years,in order to improve the quality of life in rural areas and to solve the "three rural " issues,we have been committed to developing agricultural machinery and improving the level of national agricultural mechanization.As a whole,the level of agricultural mechanization has been greatly improved in China,Greatly reducing the intensity of labor in rural areas,However,the level of Agricultural Mechanization is not high in mountainous and hilly areas,in the hilly areas,it’s mainly "artificial,cattle,tractor" ways to labor,due to the areas of arable land is scattered,small plots,more slopes,not easy to conduct mechanized farming.The existing Agricultural machinery equipment of high automatic level is difficult to adapt to the hilly terrain,Therefore,it is necessary to develop a kind slope self-adaptive agricultural machinery.Hilly tractor is the main agricultural machinery equipment in Hilly Areas,It is very important to realize the slope self-adaptive tractor.The key technical difficulty is the design of leveling system.Combined with the characteristics of tractor in hilly area,hydraulic mode is selected as driving force,Therefore,developing leveling hydraulic system is the key to realize the slope self-adaptive tractor.This paper mainly studies the leveling hydraulic system of the hilly mountain tractor,First of all,This paper is based on hydraulic system theory,analyzing the leveling hydraulic system,AMESim and Simulink is applied to study the hydraulic system,Finally,through the experiments to verify the correctness of Simulation and theory.It provides some ideas for the research of the hilly mountain tractors body leveling hydraulic system in the future.The main contents are as follow:(1)According to the parameter of overall design of the hilly mountain tractors,In combination with the fluid mechanics and hydraulic transmission,and the overall project design of the hydraulic is finished and the main hydraulic components type are selected and erecting mathematic model.(2)According to the scheme of leveling hydraulic system,AMESim is applied to build physical modeling of the hydraulic system and Simulink is applied to build Control module of the hydraulic system,with the integrated simulation platform,it blends the resources advantages of AMEsim and Simulink,using it establish the hydraulic system model.First of all,the simulation model is used to verify the hydraulic system whether meets the slope of 15 degrees,secondly,the road spectrum tilt signal is applied in the simulation,verifying the response speed of the hydraulic system whether meets the change of the road slope.(3)Based on the theoretical analysis and simulation studies,the experimental research of leveling hydraulic system in Hilly mountain tractors was carried out.the experimental platform is used to simulate the road conditions,the acquired pavement spectrum is reproduced,In the reproducing process,the automobile body leveling situation of hilly mountain tractor is detected in real time,by monitoring the hydraulic system pressure sensor to ensure the normal and safe operation,Collecting the displacement signal of the leveling hydraulic cylinder and comparing it with the control displacement signal to study the actual following effect of the hydraulic system;The flow of leveling hydraulic cylinder are collected,and the flow dynamic characteristics of leveling hydraulic system are further studied.According to the purpose of the study to design the corresponding experimental scheme,follow the experimental steps to complete the experiment,then the experimental results are compared with the simulation results,through comparative analysis,verified the correctness of theoretical analysis and simulation analysis,and put forward reasonable suggestions on leveling hydraulic system improvement,It also provides an experimental and theoretical basis for the designing,analyzing and matching of the hilly mountain tractor body leveling hydraulic system in the future.
