Drainage asphalt pavement of the driving rain high safety and low noise characteristics,in recent years in road engineering has been extended,but the larger porosity is not conducive to the performance of high temperature and durability,so the drainage asphalt pavement in construction often need to use high viscosity modified asphalt,the development of high viscosity asphalt has been paid most attention by the research workers.In this paper,three kinds of high viscosity modifier based on SBS,rubber powder and polyurethane were proposed.The influence of the content of each component of high viscosity modifier on its three indexes,viscosity and rutting factor was analyzed by orthogonal test.The optimal combination of each component was determined by comprehensive performance.And the influence of each factor on the preparation of the test was significant.The best choice of high viscosity modifier was 5%SBS,2%SB,7%C9 petroleum resin and 0.8%sulfur.The effect of the preparation process on the performance of the polyene octene and the sulfur compound rubber powder modified asphalt was studied by orthogonal test.After the reasonable preparation process was determined The effects of polyene octene and sulfur content on the high temperature,low temperature,elastic recovery,storage stability and viscosity of rubber asphalt were analyzed.The preferred high viscosity modifier was preferred.The best choice of high viscosity modifier is 1.0%polyoctene,0.1%sulfur and 17%rubber powder.For high viscosity asphalt based on polyurethane,The effect of the preparation process on the performance of polyurethane modified asphalt was studied.The effect of polyurethane type and dosage on the high temperature,low temperature,elastic recovery ability and viscosity of the asphalt was determined after the reasonable preparation process.The type and amount of polyurethane modifier were optimized.The final choice of high viscosity modifier is 15%polyurethane and 1.7%glycerol.The self-developed high viscosity asphalt mix design,and its mixture performance were compared.The results show that the three kinds of high viscosity asphalt mixed with asphalt meet the requirements of the drainage asphalt pavement,and the high viscosity asphalt mixture based on SBS is the best,and the polyurethane-based high viscosity asphalt mixture is the lowest In the case of low temperature performance of the mixture,the high viscosity asphalt mixture based on polyurethane is the best,and the high viscosity asphalt mixture based on rubber powder is the lowest.Based on the stability of the mixture,the high viscosity asphalt mixture based on SBS is the best Rubber powder high viscosity asphalt mixture the lowest performance.All of them have excellent drainage performance.Finally,the raw material cost and the cost of the three kinds of high viscous bituminous mixture are calculated by means of engineering norm.The results show that the production of It based on rubber powder is cheaper than the other two,and it can save resources and protect the environment.
