| This project,based on the idea of rapid,continuous measurement,developed a multi-parameter test system for photometric and chromaticity through referring to domestic and foreign measurement technology literature.For sake of being economical,practical and multifunctional,this test system is equipped with the functions of testing luminosity and chromaticity parameters of LED,standard color tiles and LED backlight display.The main work of this research is as follows:(1)The measurement principle of the total luminous flux and its average luminous intensity of LEDs,the color coordinates of an object color and its tristimulus value,the brightness of an object,the color temperature of a light source was analyzed.The distributed photometric method was used to measure the luminescence intensity of the LED in each ball-band,then the ball-band algorithm was optimized.And based on the ball-band algorithm,the total luminous flux of the LED was obtained.(2)Through deeply studying the test methods of LED,standard color tiles,and LED backlight display,the structure of the multi-parameter test system for photometric and chromaticity was designed.(3)The measurement software for photometric and chromatic multi-parameter test systems was developed using C#language,which equipped with the functions of motion control,LED illumination data collection,LED total luminous flux and average luminous intensity calculation,standard color tiles spectral data acquisition,The tri-stimulus value and color coordinate calculation of the standard color tiles,and the viewing angle,brightness,and chromaticity uniformity of the LED backlight display.(4)An experimental test platform was set up to analyze the measurement results of LED,standard color tiles,and LED backlight display parameters.The measurement parameters included the average luminous intensity of LED under A/B measurement conditions,and the distribution of LED luminous intensity.The total luminous flux of the LED,the standard color tiles tristimulus value and the chromaticity coordinates,the center brightness of the LED backlight display,the viewing angle,the uniformity of the chromaticity and brightness,and the color temperature.The shortcomings of the existing calibration device is overcame in the new calibration system,such as single function,low calibration efficiency and complicated calibration process.The fast and continuous measurement of multi parameters of LED,standard color plate and LED backlight display screen has been realized.The experimental results indicate that the calibration system can meet the daily calibration work demands of the secondary measurement and calibration agency. |
