| In this paper,a set of multipurpose calibration device that is used for measuring the colortic space distribution of LED source and the color of variable angle object is set up by choosing the total luminous flux of LED as the main research object,discussing the theory and designing the software as well as the hardware.The color of the light source and the object can be measured in integration,meanwhile,measurement precision,work efficiency and value reliability can be guaranteed.According to the characteristic of small volume and narrow beam of the LED,the positional accuracy of the luminaire should be controlled and the power supply unit of the LED should be chosen reasonably for decreasing the influence by the low positional accuracy and the unstable of the luminous performance.The light intensity and its distribution can be measured by using the CIE recommended standard A/B condition in our measurement system,on the basis of which,the rotating distributed photometry is chosen for measuring the total luminous flux of the LED,and at the same time,the LED parameters can be measured by using the spectrograph.The need of controlling the changing angle of the rotary table in the measurement of the light intensity,the luminous flux and the LED display screen as well as the standard color plate is considered by integrating the three aspects into one system,which can take advantage of the resource and reduce the development cost.The system consists of power supply,turntable control,data sampling,and data communications as well as other functional modules.According to the established communication protocol,the corresponding instruction is executed by the operation on the interface of the LabVIEW software.To begin with,the control instruction is sent to the slave computer by the serial port communication.Then when the slave computer receives the execute instrument,the detection angle of the prober can be controlled by the turntable rotation angle,and finally,the multi-parameter of luminosity and color of the LED,the LED display screen and the color plate can be comprehensively calibrated.Moreover,the measuring data and measuring result can be processed accordingly and displayed intuitively on the chart of user interface,respectively.The measurement system overcomes the existing shortcomings in the measurement equipment,such as low integration,inefficiency,labor-intensive resources and single-purpose,etc,and realizes the easily switching function,the high level of automation and the suitable measurement accuracy,which can meet a variety of the spatial light color distribution measurement. |
