The use of energy is closely related to human production and living activities,and also plays a role in promoting economic and social development.In recent years,with the increasing impact of the energy crisis and the use of non-renewable energy sources such as coal and oil,the problem of environmental damage has become more and more prominent.The use of energy is shifting towards renewable energy use.Using renewable energy can reduce environmental pollution and contribute to environmental protection.Among renewable energy sources,the application of biomass-forming fuels can not only use agricultural and forestry wastes,but also turn waste into treasures,and can also generate considerable economic and social benefits.At present,due to the problems of forming equipment and the uneven quality of forming fuel,the industrialization of forming fuel has been hindered.This paper mainly makes the optimizing design of the key parts of the forming machine and the flat die hole,and make the prototype based on the optimizes.Firstly,the rolling forming device is modeled by SolidWorks 3D software,and then the model is simplified and the pressure roller is subjected to force analysis.By calculating the radius parameters of the pressure roller,a pressure roller which can be applied to various raw materials is obtained and molded.The various indicators of the machine meet the design requirements.Through the 3D laser scanning system,the surface ribs of the pangolin scales were scanned,and finally the fitting equation of the rib structure on the surface of the pangolin scales was obtained.Using computer and microscopic correlation techniques,a fitting equation for the geometry of the surface of the pangolin surface is obtained.By assigning values to the fitting equation parameters,the surface scale structure of the pangolin scales is applied to the wear resistance design of the pressure roller surface.The flat die hole is simplified,mechanical analysis is performed,and the forming process of the material is simulated by ANSYS workbench software.A simulation analysis was performed every 50 on the taper angle of the die hole between 300 and 60°.By analyzing the stress diagram,the influence of the angle of the die hole at different angles on the material forming process is obtained,and it is found that when the taper angle of the die hole is 45°,the material is more evenly stressed during the forming process,and the molding quality is better.In order to test the performance of the optimized forming machine,wheat straw,corn stalk,rice straw,rape straw and banana straw were selected as raw materials,and dried as a test material after drying and pulverizing.The prototype was tested and the indicators of the molding machine and the formed particles were tested.The test results show that the indexes of the molding machine and the molding granules can meet the design requirements,and the optimized molding machine has good adaptability to the five straw raw materials.The optimized press roll has higher wear resistance and a longer life.The optimized flat die hole is used to obtain a surface with a higher smoothness and higher mechanical durability.The optimized molding machine has better performance and is suitable for application and promotion.In order to promote the industrialization process of biomass molding fuel,a systematic evaluation of the quality of the molding fuel is required.On the basis of the quality standard system of biomass forming fuel,the indicators affecting the quality of biomass-forming pellet fuel are selected,and the quality of molding fuel is evaluated in combination with the analytic hierarchy process.The whole system is divided into three levels,the target level is the evaluation target,and the quality of biomass forming fuel is evaluated.The criteria layer is divided into mechanical and physical properties,chemical properties and environmental influence factors.The index layer is divided into twelve indicators,among which the mechanical and physical indicators include specifications,moisture,small particles less than 3.15mm,bulk density,mechanical durability,and chemical properties including low calorific value,ash,and additives.Environmental factors include nitrogen,sulfur,chlorine,and heavy metal elements.According to the establishment of the molding fuel quality index evaluation system,the molding fuel test index is converted into the percentage system score by function calculation to realize the evaluation of the biomass molding fuel.The shaped particulate fuel in the test was evaluated according to the evaluation method.The evaluation results show that the molded pellet fuel produced in the test can meet the qualification requirements.
