Development and utilization of biomass energy is an important topic of thesustainable development strategy, based on the background of biomass curingtechnology, studied the biomass molding machine ring mould and design.Living material raw material industrialization, integration, large-scale use ofprovides a theoretical basis and technical support. In this paper, the mainresearch contents and results were as follows;(1)The forming mechanism of ring die biomass molding machine are analyzedin theory, summarizes on the biomass of ring forming machine work efficiencyand the selection of important parameters that affect the quality of the productrange. And the ring die biomass molding machine transmission system andconditioning system for the analysis of the main working parameters, overalldesign provides a theoretical basis for forming machine.(2)through simulation test analysis the relationship between the density ofbiomass forming and its influence factors, it is concluded that the moisturecontent of biomass density, granularity, extrusion on the forming of the bestvalue. And through the analysis of the mechanics of biomass in the compressionprocess, it is concluded that biomass is compressed to a certain density requiredfor the value of extrusion pressure, for after model provides theory basis for theoptimization design.(3)Finite element software ANSYS to ring analyzed and optimized, andaccording to the analysis results to improve the ring die form, designed to bemodular ring die to speed up the structure of the mould, widen the area of ringdie processing, wear less. Improve the ring die service life and reduces theproduction cost.(4)According to the principle of tribology and thermodynamics, analyzing theprocess of ring die biomass molding machine extrusion. Ring die finite elementsoftware ANSYS to simulate the temperature field of work condition. Differentroller rotation speed on the ring die temperature is deduced and the influence offorming quality.And according to the biomass extrusion molding conditions andproduction energy consumption ring the reasonable value range of biomassmolding machine roller speed.(5)Through the above theoretical analysis and experimental research, according to the production condition and use requirement, on the biomass of ring formingmachine has carried on the overall design. This device has small volume, widerange of material processing and material uniform distribution, reasonable diestructure and layout of long service life, etc. The device to a certain extent, canfurther promote the use of biomass and development.
