Rutting is the main disease of expressway asphalt pavement.There are many studies on improving high temperature performance of asphalt mixture by using polymer materials and rutting prediction.In this paper,the composite modified anti-rutting asphalt mixture with high and low temperature performance was obtained and the rutting was predicted based on the temperature field-axle load.Mainly launches the research from the following aspects:The rutting diseases of Linyi section of Beijing-Shanghai Expressway,Yantai section of Rongwu Expressway and Bin-Lai Expressway were investigated.Based on the temperature field,ABAQUS is used to simulate the stress characteristics of different layers of typical pavement structure when the temperature changes.The asphalt mixture is compositely modified by using recycled materials of waste plastics and used tires,the anti-rutting asphalt mixture with excellent high and low temperature performance was obtained,The paved test road verifies that the anti-rutting asphalt mixture has excellent road performance.Based on the single-axis static creep test,temperature field and measured axle load data,the rutting prediction model is established.After the base asphalt mixture and the composite modified asphalt mixture were used as the middle layer,the rutting amount of the road surface and the contribution rate of each layer of the rut were calculated.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Under the repeated action of overload,large traffic volume and temperature,the pavement of three expressways has produced vertical and horizontal cracks and rutting diseases.The core sample shows that the middle and upper layers of the pavement structure are the main layers produced by the flow rut.2.Simulate the stress and strain of typical pavement structure under variable temperature field.Vertical and lateral stresses are not affected by temperature;vertical and lateral strains are significantly affected by temperature;shear stress is greatly affected by temperature.The shear stress mainly affects the middle layer,so the prevention and control of the rut needs to focus on the material improvement of the middle layer.3.The performance indexes of the composite modified anti-rutting asphalt mixture show that the stability is more obvious than SBS asphalt mixture;and Dynamic stability is doubled than SBS modified asphalt mixture,indicating that the high temperature performance is greatly improved;the water stability index freeze-thaw splitting strength and SBS The asphalt mixture is equivalent.The low temperature index bending failure strain is significantly higher than the base asphalt mixture and slightly lower than the SBS modified asphalt mixture.The asphalt mixture is modified by using two kinds of modified materials.Through the laboratory test and field test,it is proposed that the combination of 15%rubber powder+0.3%anti-rutting agent can obtain the best composite modified anti-rutting asphalt mixture.4.The rutting prediction shows that the composite modified anti-rut asphalt mixture replaces the ordinary asphalt mixture as the middle layer,the total rutting amount is greatly reduced,the contribution rate of the middle layer is reduced,and the contribution rate of the upper layer is increased.The composite modified asphalt mixture has excellent road performance as the middle layer.The composite modified anti-rut asphalt mixture greatly improves the anti-rutting performance without losing the low temperature.Improve the functional stability,safety and service life of the pavement operation period.Comprehensive utilization of abandoned re-biological,significant economic and social benefits.
