In recent years,with the rapid advancement of China’s urbanization process,urban population and urban space have expanded rapidly.Among them,the urban construction land continues to increase,and the problem of the gradual reduction of rural cultivated land is particularly attractive.In order to scientifically carry out urban and rural planning and guarantee the area of cultivated land,China has designed a unique urban-rural land increase and decrease linkage policy:the increase in urban construction land is linked to the reduction of rural construction land,and the reduction of cultivated land around the town is linked to the increase of rural cultivated land.Under this background,it is particularly important to carry out comprehensive evaluation research on the potential of land remediation in rural residential areas.There are many literatures in the academic circles to discuss and study such problems,but there are few studies on the micro scale.Based on the micro-scale and based on the data of homestead confirmation,this paper studies and analyzes the land remediation potential of the residential area in the mud lake basin of Gong’an County.On the one hand,this paper can lay a good foundation for the upcoming rural settlements in the silt lake basin of the public security county and the effective use of village land.On the other hand,it also provides a technical reference for the future use of homestead confirmation data to evaluate the settlement potential of residential areas.In this paper,the evaluation index system of residential area remediation potential in the silt lake basin is constructed from the micro scale.The home base confirmation data and the full sample household survey data are used to calculate the settlement potential of the residential area from the natural village and administrative village.Then,using the potential score value,this paper delineates the theoretical potential,the short-term realistic potential,and the long-term realistic potential standard,so as to calculate the theoretical potential value,the short-term realistic potential value and the long-term realistic potential value of each natural village and administrative village in the mud lake.Then it is concluded that:(1)The administrative villages and natural villages with the highest potential scores are Qinglong Village and Qinglong Village respectively;the most theoretical potential is Yuejin Village and Huangtian Village;the most recent realistic potential is Yuejin Village and Huangtian Village.4 groups;the long-term reality has the greatest potential for Shuanghu Village and Huangtian Village.(2)There is no obvious correlation between potential score value,theoretical potential,realistic potential(even near-term realistic potential and long-term realistic potential).The potential of the village with large potential scores is not necessarily large,and the theoretical potential is large.The village potential score value and realistic potential are not necessarily large,and the village potential score and theoretical potential with large real potential are not necessarily large.The realistic potential(especially the near-term realistic potential)is the most crucial basis for the settlement planning of residential areas.It can be seen that it is necessary to measure the potential of village remediation from the micro-scale,and the results will be more accurate and implementable.At the end of the paper,the relevant suggestions for the implementation of the residential site remediation project in the Mud Lake Basin and the suggestions for the calculation of the remediation potential of residential areas in other areas are put forward.The micro-scale estimation method proposed in this paper can be extended to the calculation of land remediation potential of residential areas in other regions.
