| In order to solve the problem of coal gangue environmental pollution and shortage of road engineering aggregate resources,this paper applies the abandoned coal gangue produced by coal mines in Jiaozuo,Henan Province to the road base.Based on the physical,mechanical,chemical and activity tests of coal gangue aggregates,the optimal aggregate gradation composition of unconfined compressive strength was selected,based on the optimal grading composition,for different cement content.Gangue stable cement mix under unconfined compressive strength,indirect tensile strength,flexural strength,freezing and thawing,shrinkage and other tests,and comparatively analyzed the cement performance of cement stabilized coal gangue mixture.The effects of self-igniting coal gangue and non-self-igniting coal gangue were analyzed by means of SEM,ICP AES,XRD and optical digital microscope.The microstructure of cement stabilized coal gangue mixture was characterized and the formation mechanism of mixture strength was explored.The results show that:The results showed that:Jiaozuo in gangue,gangue after recrystallization Spontaneous activity increased on feldspathic component,the non-pyrophoric as compared to spontaneous combustion gangue.Gangue having high activity,not pyrophoric after the coarse aggregate crushed gangue aggregate having good characteristics to meet the requirements of the road base course aggregate;based on the selected optimal grading(BNS:SNS:SSC=71.26:9.41:18.8),the 4%cement dosage mix can meet the early strength requirements.,also showed high efficiency growth rate,showing the best mechanical properties;3%cement dosage cement stabilized coal gangue mixture 180 days BDR meets relevant design requirements,4%cement dose cement stabilized coal gangue mixture total dry The shrinkage coefficient is the lowest,and the anti-drying performance is the best;as time goes on,the degree of hydration gradually deepens,the gel and the aggregate are more tightly combined,there is no obvious gap between the aggregates,and the integrity of the mixture is enhanced.It shows better road performance;the rhombohedral calcium zeolite formed by the reaction of the cement hydration product Ca(OH)2 in the cement stabilized coal gangue mixture with the active SiO2 and Al2O3 in the coal gangue is conducive to mixing.The overall strength and bonding effect of the material;due to the limited amount of active SiO2 and Al2O3 in the cement stabilized coal gangue mixture,the cement hydration reaction continues,and the Ca(OH)2 produced in the later stage forms crystals.The structure is attached to the surface of coal gangue and hydration products. |
