| With the rapid development of urbanization,the dismantled waste buildings produced piles of abandoned clay bricks.How to make the rational use of these building waste bricks a waste has become an urgent problem in today’s society.Because the strength of the water-stable gravel on the pavement base is not as high as the concrete requirements in the house,a large amount of construction waste can be applied to the road,which makes the waste bricks become waste,which is in line with the environmentally friendly society advocated by the state..Replace the natural gravel aggregate with the crushed abandoned clay red brick aggregate.In the test,the waste brick aggregate is divided into four groups according to the percentage of 0%,30%,60%and 100%(mass fraction,the same below).The natural crushed stone aggregates were then mixed into the cement stabilized recycled bricks with the mass fractions of 0‰,0.5‰ and 1 ‰,and the test pieces were prepared by mixing 5%cement to design 12 proportions.The unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength,bending strength,dry shrinkage strength and freeze-thaw test of the test piece were tested to study the effect of recycled waste brick aggregate and basalt fiber on the road performance of water-stable recycled aggregate.The basalt fiber has a certain improvement effect on the compressive strength,splitting strength and bending strength of the water-stable recycled waste brick mixture.Basalt fiber can reduce the water loss rate and dry shrinkage coefficient of the mixture,and can improve the anti-drying performance of the water-stable recycled waste brick mixture.With the increase of mass content,the anti-freeze performance of water-stable recycled waste brick mixture has been significantly improved.Through on-the-spot analysis,it is known that basalt fiber and cement slurry have good cementation and friction.Basalt fiber acts as a tie-bar in the water-stable recycled waste brick mixture.The basalt fiber is randomly distributed irregularly in the cement.In the waste brick mixture,the basalt fibers are intricately intertwined,and the fiber bundle and the fiber filaments form a fiber mesh wrapped with the water-stable mixture,which can improve the mechanical properties and durability of the water-stable recycled waste brick mixture. |
