Our country is in the world today the third largest shipbuilding country after Japan,South Korea.At present,our country’s shipbuilding technology are marching to a higher level of level,spatial separation,the time it orderly,clear responsibility,mutual coordination of operation optimization.Among them,the construction of the surface block is affecting the building overall efficiency and can meet the requirements of new technology of the key factors,and surface shop scheduling is built to a higher level of development of our country shipping the important breakthrough.Based on the hull surface block construction project as the research object,abstract the hull surface block in the space scheduling problem,the standardization of the space scheduling problem description is given;Discusses such space scheduling problem,the constraint conditions and target on the basis of the two stage method and airspace search to join heuristic rules to design the scheduling algorithm;And study the surface in the process of fabricating all kinds of abnormal factors,design the scheduling plan after an exception occurs during the execution of adjustment algorithm;Finally,the design and development of scheduling program module and adjustment module.The main research work is as follows:(1)combined with curved block construction project scheduling process,analysis of FGC space scheduling problem of space and time characteristics,and the parallel machine scheduling problem and the problem using the analogy of the definition of a kind of space scheduling problem is given,assumptions and constraints;(2)for dynamic layout problems in rectangular pieces of a rectangular plane,three-dimensional packing problem model is established,through the establishment of mixed integer programming model,and further analyzes the essence of the space scheduling problem,and designed the lower bound of the problem,providing theoretical basis for heuristic algorithm;(3)in view of the trapezoidal dynamic layout problems in rectangular plane,using two stage scheduling strategy,in turn,solve the problem of sorting and layout of every block.To block scheduling the core issue of the space layout,study more generic trapezoid on the rectangle field location problem,with the help of a bitmap to describe airspace,through search,the boundary point can be placed to improve the efficiency of local search.Use different rules,design segmented sorting algorithms,including based on time,based on space and time,stochastic sequence under the framework of particle swarm optimization(pso)algorithm.Given a set of segmented sequence,provides a variety of scheduling scheme based on different sorting algorithms.(4)Using the real data of the surface block assembling workshop,design different example,to verify this heuristic algorithm and particle swarm optimization(pso)algorithm,analysis the advantages and disadvantages of different algorithms.(5)based on two-dimensional spatial layout of heuristic algorithm,using the Visual c # language and SQL SEVER database development space curved blocks scheduling system plan module,has good visibility.For ship hull surface block construction space scheduling algorithm can be applied to other manufacturing plant of the shipyard and coating workshop,and for a heavy product such as aircraft,bridge construction space scheduling problem,among other things,and also has a good application prospect.
