| The spray product is an important commodity for both consumer and industrial use.Whether or not the mass quantity of spray products qualify in their net content declarations is gradually drawing attentions from the public.So far in China,there are no specific restrictions by law on unit labeling for net content of such products.In fact,as for most products available in our market,volume units rather than mass units are adopted.Besides,in consider of the physical properties of such products,the net content verifications are actually hard to be carried out.In order to find a practical approach,in responding to public demands,the automatic verification device for net content of spray product is developed.The article discussed the design of the components and workflow of the system from the angle of both hardware and software.The device comprises a propulsion system,a pressure control system and an upper-lower computer system composed of PC and PAC.The PC gives instructions through serial port protocol to the PAC,and thus to command the movements of each unit in the system such as the slide rail of the propulsion system,the valve switch of the pressure control system,etc.By using the designed software,the user can quickly gain verification results just by imputing some simple product information.The result has proved that the developed automatic verification device has succeeded in solutions to the technical problems occurred in the process of spray sample collecting.It has also shown that the device not only operates correctly but also helps to minimize unnecessary procedures during the verification process.The article believes that the achievements of its study will have good application prospect in real practice. |
