| This paper mainly analyzes and studies the innovative design of auxiliary automation facilities related to the testing process of the flow meter verification device,including the main function and related structure design of the flow meter automatic handling manipulator,the system composition and functional structure design of the flow meter automatic conveying device.In order to make the current manually completed flow meter loading and unloading and handling work,through the addition of mechanical hands and automatic conveyor devices to greatly improve the automation degree of verification equipment,reduce the intensity of manual labor and improve production efficiency.The content of this paper is divided into three parts:main function and related structure design of mechanical arm,structure design of conveying device and performance optimization of conveying system.In the research and analysis design,the actual working environment is considered comprehensively,the basic parameters of each mechanism are reasonably configured,and the compactness of the whole structure is improved.The 3d modeling software is applied to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the design process.Subject to full loading and conveying system research and analysis,independent design to meet the requirements of function related mechanical structure,flow meter automatic convey system,and related gear reducer and flow tray structure and related features,and the conveying chain chain plate structure of innovation,make its structure and flow tray connection,the flow meter can be automatically input and output functions.In the chain drive structure,the tooth profile of the traditional sprocket end face is optimized.Although the tooth profile of the end face with three circular arcs and a straight line is still adopted,the function of each working section changes,effectively reducing the impact effect in the chain drive process.The genetic algorithm is applied to the optimal design of chain drive,the mathematical analysis software is used to program,the basic parameters of chain drive are optimized and the stability of chain drive is improved.The manipulator studied and designed in the project can move upward in 3d space through the motion control device,and the conveying device can stop at the designated transportation point and complete relevant coordination work.Accurate positioning can be achieved by adjusting the mechanism.Through the coordination and cooperation of the grabbing device and transmission device of the manipulator,the loading,unloading,replacement and handling of the verification process of the flow meter can be completed automatically instead of manual work,which achieves the goal of the subject research and has good theoretical and practical significance. |
