The utilization of electric energy has penetrated into every aspect of daily life and industrial production.But in the actual industrial production,the use efficiency of electric energy is low,especially in the use of industrial fans and pumps.Electrical energy waste is serious,so the study of the energy saving technology is particularly important.This paper focuses on the study of series sixfold-circuit cycloconverter with thyristor as the core device.Fully-controlled IGBT device as the core of frequency converter technology has been abroad monopoly and need to be imported.It is more expensive to apply in the draught system of fan and pump.The AC-AC cycloconverter studied in this paper can achieve the same performance with low cost.The output frequency can be increased to near the working frequency,and has the advantages of no circulation and no dead zone.At the same time,the phase-locked loop technology is used to process the voltage signal of the synchronous detection and acquisition circuit,so that the obtained synchronous signal is closer to the standard square wave and will not be restricted by foreign technology.Firstly,the principle of series triplet-circuit cycloconverter is introduced.On this basis,the principle of six-fold AC-AC frequency conversion circuit is analyzed,and the principle of phase hopping is expounded.Secondly,the conduction sequence of thyristor at 42.86 Hz,45Hz and 37.5Hz frequencies is analyzed in detail and the conduction time is calculated.Thirdly,the voltage vector of the six-fold circuit is analyzed,when the Angle between them is different and the voltage is different when the vectors are added.At last,Matlab is used to establish the related model of the series sixfold circuit,and the simulation analysis is carried out.After theoretical analysis,modeling and simulation of series sextuple ac converter are carried out.Including the selection of main controller,synchronous detection circuit and hand over the design of the inverter main circuit,the use of PLL chip.The experimental results show that the theoretical analysis and simulation results are correct.
