With the quick economic development in China,the old elevators which installed in the late 80 s and the early 90 s cannot meet the customers’ needs.The trap,slip and some other series accidents endanger people’s lives and property safety.Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision provides security risk assessment in every area of China.The old elevator will be repaired or to be reformed according to the rating in safety risk assessment report.This main research of this article is the process of elevator reform operation,improvement of the customer satisfaction,cost down,corporate revenue and profit growth.Analyse the causes of customer satisfaction decline and cost increase in our and peer company.My opinion come from the point view of entrepreneurial companies,for the purpose of revenue and profit growth,to research the the process of elevator reform business optimization.This research will solve the problem of costing and customer satisfaction,breakthrough traditional elevator business process,transfer the old straight management to multi-way management.Give priority to meetthe customer requirement and satisfaction with the consideration to costing control and efficiency.
